In recent years,public health emergencies occur frequently,which not only pose a major threat to the health of the general public,but also seriously affect social harmony and stability.Therefore,how to improve emergency management capabilities has become a research hotspot.China has actively summarized the experience and lessons learned in the emergency management of public health emergencies,formulated a series of laws,regulations,guidelines and policies,established a national emergency management department,and gradually formed a “one case,three systems” emergency management system.The level of emergency management and response has been greatly improved.As one of the important forces in responding to sudden public health emergencies,comprehensive public hospitals are at the forefront of early identification,response,and disposal work.Their professional technical level and emergency response ability directly affect the effectiveness of emergency management work.Therefore,it is necessary to improve the emergency management ability of hospitals.As a regional three-level comprehensive public hospital,DF Hospital has established an emergency management organization for public health emergencies,formulated emergency management systems,equipped with corresponding emergency support materials,and developed corresponding emergency management processes.It has rich practical experience in emergency management of public health emergencies and has achieved certain management results,but there are still some problems and shortcomings,This restricts the scientific and timely nature of emergency management work in DF hospitals,Therefore,it is of great significance to conduct research on the optimization of emergency management work in DF hospitals.This article takes DF Hospital as the research object,applies the 4R crisis management theory and collaborative governance theory,adopts research methods such as literature research and questionnaire survey,etc.,to thoroughly sort out the current situation of emergency management for public health emergencies in DF Hospital,deeply analyzes the problems and deficiencies in emergency management work of DF Hospital,and explores the causes of the problems.Targeted optimization plans have been proposed from the four stages of reduction,preparation,response,and recovery,and corresponding guarantee measures have been proposed.DF hospitals should further strengthen their emergency management construction from aspects such as emergency management system,organization,talent team,emergency drills,material support,and emergency publicity,focusing on improving its emergency management response and execution capabilities,in order to respond more quickly and properly to sudden public health events.Through research on the emergency management of public health emergencies in DF hospitals,it can provide basis and guidance for hospitals to establish a more efficient,scientific,and standardized emergency management operation mechanism.To a certain extent,it enriches the research on emergency management of public health emergencies in public hospitals in China,and also helps to further improve and improve the emergency management workflow of DF hospitals,improving work efficiency,Enable hospitals to provide higher quality response and medical services for public health emergencies.
