Research On Optimization Of Emergency Response System For Public Health Emergencies In Guizhou Provinc

With the development of country’s economy and society,public health emergencies has a non-negligible impact on social stability,economic development and public health.Therefore,the state attaches great importance to the prevention,handling and capacity building of public health emergencies,and has issued a series of policy documents that focus on social public health services and build social security barriers as important tasks.Public health emergencies refer to outbreaks of infectious diseases,mass unexplained diseases,mass acute poisoning,and other diseases caused by biological,chemical,nuclear radiation that occur suddenly,cause or may cause serious damage to public health,and require emergency response measures.Events that seriously affect public health caused by natural or man-made factors.How to correctly handle public health emergencies and how to optimize emergency response methods have become one of the focus issues of the society.This thesis sorts out the public health emergencies and their characteristics in Guizhou Province in recent years,selects typical cases in Guizhou Province to deal with new coronary pneumonia for research,learns from the experience of emergency handling of public health emergencies abroad,and analyzes the handling of public health emergencies in Guizhou Province.In view of the shortcomings of emergency response to incidents,an optimization plan for the emergency response system of public health emergencies in Guizhou Province is proposed at last.Through the research,we found typical cases of handling new coronary pneumonia in Guizhou Province,and analyzes the practical problems such as weak infrastructure construction,laws and regulations to be updated,lack of normalized assistance mechanisms,insufficient epidemic dynamic monitoring and early warning intervention,and the need to strengthen the propaganda angle.In response to the above problems,this thesis uses the emergency management theory and foreign emergency management experience to propose suggestions for optimizing the design of the emergency response framework,optimizing the prediction and early warning mechanism,and optimizing the emergency response mechanism by using the Delphi method.It is expected that the research of this thesis can improve the emergency response system of public health emergencies in Guizhou Province and escort the development strategy of healthy Guizhou.
