Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of Zhu Lian’s Ⅱ Exciting Needing Method combined with mild moxibustion in the treatment of functional dyspepsia of spleen-stomach deficiency and cold,to explore the clinical effect of Zhu Lian’s Ⅱ Exciting Needing Method combined with mild moxibustion in the treatment of functional dyspepsia of spleen-stomach deficiency and cold, and to provide new treatment ideas for the treatment of functional dyspepsia. Methods: 64 patients with functional dyspepsia of spleen-stomach deficiency and cold who met the inclusion criteria were divided into 32 cases each in the treatment group and the control group according to the random number method. The treatment group was treated with Zhu Lian’sⅡ Exciting Needing Method combined with mild moxibustion,5 times a week,1 week as a course of treatment, and the total course of treatment was 4 weeks. The control group was treated with oral Mosapride Citrate Tablets 5mg/tablet,1 tablet/time,3 times/day for 4 weeks. The treatment effect was evaluated by observing the changes of single symptom score,TCM symptom scores and functional dyspepsia quality of life scale(SF-36)of patients before and after treatment, evaluated the final total efficiency of two groups of patients.Results:1.During the treatment of the 64 patients with functional dyspepsia of spleen-stomach deficiency and cold included,2 patients in each of the two groups fell off,so 60 patients completed the experiment. In the comparison of general data, the differences in age and disease duration between the two groups were not statistically significant(P>0.05)and were comparable.2.Comparison of single symptom score:After treatment, the single symptom scores of postprandial fullness, early satiety, epigastric pain, and epigastric burning sensation of patients in both groups were lower than those before treatment, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05),and the scores of postprandial fullness, early satiety, epigastric pain and epigastric burning sensation in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).3.Comparison of TCM symptom scores: After treatment, the single TCM symptom scores of patients in both groups, including stomach cold and dull pain, stomach cold and fullness, warm preference, vomiting water, lack of appetite, mental fatigue, fear of cold limbs and loose stool, and the comprehensive TCM symptom scores were lower than those before treatment, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The treatment group was significantly better than the control group in improving the single symptom scores such as stomach cold and dull pain, stomach cold and fullness, warm preference, vomiting water, lack of appetite, mental fatigue, fear of cold limbs and loose stool,as well as the comprehensive TCM score, with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).4.Comparison of the functional dyspepsia quality of life scale(SF-36)scores:After treatment, the SF-36 scores were higher in both groups than before treatment, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05),and the SF-36 scores in the treatment group were significantly higher than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).5.Comparison of TCM efficacy index:After treatment,30 patients in the treatment group were cured 8 cases, apparent effect 16 cases,effective3 cases, invalid 3 cases, the total efficiency was 90.00%.30 patients in the control group were cured 2 cases, apparent effect 10 cases, effective 11 cases, invalid 7 cases, the total efficiency was 76.67%.The total effective rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion(s):1.Zhu Lian’s Ⅱ Exciting Needing Method combined with mild moxibustion was significantly more effective than oral Mosapride Citrate Tablets in relieving the patients’ symptoms of postprandial fullness and discomfort, epigastric pain, and burning sensation in the epigastrium.2.Zhu Lian’s Ⅱ Exciting Needing Method combined with mild moxibustion was significantly more effective than oral Mosapride Citrate Tablets in improving the patient’s TCM symptom scores and TCM evidence efficacy index.3.Zhu Lian’s Ⅱ Exciting Needing Method combined with mild moxibustion was significantly more effective than oral Mosapride Citrate Tablets in improving the quality of life.4.Based on the analysis of the efficacy results of the two groups, the total effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group, indicating that Zhu Lian’s Ⅱ Exciting Needing Method combined with mild moxibustion is more effective in improving the clinical symptoms and quality of life of FD patients, which is more acceptable to patients and worthy of clinical application.
