| Objective: With the help of data mining technology,the medication rules of Professor Hu Yuying ’s traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of anxiety and depression were retrospectively discussed,and the clinical experience of the tutor ’s traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of anxiety and depression was summarized to enrich the treatment plan of this disease.Methods: The medical records of patients with anxiety and depression who met the inclusion and exclusion criteria in Professor Hu Yuying ’s outpatient department from August 2020 to August 2022 were collected,including gender,age,TCM syndromes,and TCM prescriptions.After standardizing the medical records,the data were statistically analyzed by the frequency statistics,correlation analysis,cluster analysis and complex network analysis modules of the ancient and modern medical case cloud platform to summarize the medication rules of the tutor ’s traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of anxiety and depression.Results:1.Characteristics of patients : A total of 94 patients with anxiety and depression who met the diagnostic criteria were included in this study,including 31 males and 63 females,with a male-to-female ratio of about1 : 2,and the highest incidence between 40 and 59 years old.2.Statistical results of TCM syndromes : According to statistics,the most common TCM syndromes in this study were liver qi stagnation syndrome,followed by qi stagnation fire syndrome,phlegm qi stagnation syndrome,and heart and spleen deficiency syndrome.3.High-frequency drug statistical results : The top 20 Chinese medicines with the highest frequency of use were licorice,jujube kernel,turmeric,pinellia,ginger,jujube,oyster,keel,caulis polygoni multiflori,scutellaria,bupleurum,dangshen,albizia bark,dried ginger,cassia twig,poria cocos,ginseng,coptis,tangerine peel,and chuanxiong.4.Statistical results of traditional Chinese medicine attributes : the four qi are flat,warm,cold,slightly cold,slightly warm drugs;the five flavors are successively sweet,pungent,bitter,sour and salty;the channel tropism of drugs is heart,liver,lung,spleen,stomach,kidney,gallbladder,large intestine,bladder,pericardium,small intestine and triple energizer.5.Statistical results of drug efficacy : the top eight in the frequency of use were nourishing blood and tranquilizing mind,tonifying middle qi,tonifying spleen and stomach,clearing heat and drying dampness,tranquilizing mind,purging fire and detoxification,nourishing heart and tonifying liver,promoting qi and relieving depression.6.Drug association analysis results : A total of 7 groups of drug pairs were obtained,which were jujube-banxia,scutellaria-banxia,jujube-scutellaria,bupleurum-scutellaria,oyster-keel,shouwutengsuanzaoren,hehuanpi-yujin.7.Cluster analysis results : A total of 5 groups of drugs were obtained by cluster analysis of the first 20 traditional Chinese medicines,the first group : dried ginger,ginseng,coptis chinensis;group 2 :Chuanxiong,Guizhi,Fuling,Chenpi;group 3 : ginger,licorice,turmeric;group 4 : keel,oyster,Semen Ziziphi Spinosae,Caulis Polygoni Multiflori;group 5 : Jujube,Pinellia,Scutellaria,Albizia,Bupleurum,Codonopsis.According to the results of drug compatibility,the common prescriptions of the tutor can be summarized,which are Chaihu plus Longgu Muli Decoction,Banxia Xiexin Decoction,Jiawei Wumei Pill and Xiaochaihu Decoction.8.Complex network analysis results of traditional Chinese medicine :Through statistical analysis,it can be concluded that the core prescription of the tutor is composed of Radix Bupleuri,Radix Scutellariae,Rhizoma Pinelliae,Radix Codonopsis,Rhizoma Zingiberis,Fructus Jujubae,Oyster,Semen Ziziphi Spinosae,Caulis Polygoni Multiflori,Cortex Albiziae,Radix Curcumae and Radix Glycyrrhizae.Conclusions: By excavating the medication rules of Professor Hu Yuying ’s traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of anxiety and depression,it is found that the treatment of anxiety and depression by Professor Hu Yuying is centered on soothing the liver and relieving depression,nourishing the heart and tranquilizing the mind.The deficiency syndrome is accompanied by nourishing the blood and tranquilizing the mind,tonifying the middle and qi,tonifying the spleen and stomach,and the excess syndrome is supplemented by clearing heat and drying dampness,purging fire and detoxification,and tranquilizing the mind.The medication is mostly based on sweet and flat drugs to tonify deficiency and regulate qi,blood,yin and yang,mostly into the heart meridian and liver meridian.The commonly used prescriptions are Chaihu plus Longgu Muli Decoction,Banxia Xiexin Decoction,Jiawei Wumei Pill,Xiaochaihu Decoction,etc.The core prescription is Chaihu plus Longgu Muli Decoction.Pay attention to soothing liver,nourishing heart,invigorating spleen,liver,heart and spleen three organs. |
