Objective: Localization and inspection maintenance hemodialysis patients after dialysis fatigue scale(post dialysis fatigue self-assessment scale,PDF scale)letter validity,To investigate the fatigue status of maintenance hemodialysis patients and to explore the distribution types of fatigue constitution after dialysis by using the Chinese version of the post-dialysis fatigue scale and the physical classification and self-rating scale.Methods: This study mainly includes two stages : the localization of PDF scale and the preliminary application of PDF scale.The first stage is the Chinese translation of the PDF scale.According to the Brislin translation principle,the scale is translated,integrated,back-translated,culturally adjusted and pre-tested to form the Chinese version of the PDF scale.In the first part,362 maintenance hemodialysis patients in the blood purification room of a tertiary hospital in Nanning from February to September 2022 were investigated by convenient sampling method.SPSS20.0 and AMOS23.0statistical software were used to complete the project analysis,reliability and validity test of the scale.In the second part,the general data questionnaire and the post-dialysis fatigue scale and constitution determination scale obtained in this study were used to investigate and analyze the fatigue status and constitution distribution of 226 patients with post-dialysis fatigue.SPSS20.0software was used for statistical analysis to describe the post-dialysis fatigue status of maintenance hemodialysis patients and to explore the distribution of post-dialysis fatigue constitution by one-way analysis of variance.Results: 1.The PDF scale contains 11 items in 2 dimensions,including 9items of activity ability and 2 items of subjective feeling.2.Item analysis shows that the scale items have good discrimination and homogeneity;the content validity index of the scale was 0.987,and the content validity index of each item was between 0.833 and 1.000.Two factors(activity ability and subjective feeling)were extracted by exploratory factor analysis,and the cumulative variance contribution rate was 54.1 %.The results of confirmatory factor analysis showed that χ 2 / df = 2.044,CFI = 0.945,TLI = 0.927,RMSEA = 0.071,SRMR = 0.045,and the model fitting data were ideal.The correlation coefficient between the post-dialysis fatigue scale and the piper fatigue scale was 0.740(p < 0.001)The Cronbach ’s α coefficient of the scale was 0.863,and the retest reliability after2 weeks was0.922.3.Maintenance hemodialysis patients after dialysis fatigue score was(31.18 ± 11.73)points,the item average score was(2.83 ± 1.06)points,the activity ability dimension score was(26.22 ± 10.00)points,the item average score was(2.91 ± 1.11)The subjective feeling dimension was(4.95 ± 2.15),and the item average score was(2.47 ± 1.07)points.The survey showed that the constitution distribution of maintenance hemodialysis patients was 28.1 % of yang deficiency,23.4 % of blood stasis,15.0 % of phlegm dampness,11.0 % of qi deficiency,8.80% of damp heat,5.75 % of qi stagnation,6.19% of Yin deficiency,0 % of gentleness.4.There were statistically significant differences in post-dialysis fatigue scores and scores of each dimension among maintenance hemodialysis patients with different constitutions(p < 0.05).The post-dialysis fatigue yin deficiency constitution had the highest score(48.08 ± 3.31),followed by qi deficiency constitution(43.65 ± 10.01),and the lowest score(15.00 ± 0.82).In the dimension of activity ability,the score of yin deficiency constitution was the highest (40.67 ± 3.80),followed by qi deficiency constitution(37.00 ± 8.31),the score of yin deficiency constitution in the dimension of subjective feeling was(7.42 ± 1.62),and the lowest score was(3.00 ± 1.41).Conclusion: The Chinese version of the post-dialysis fatigue scale has good reliability and validity,and can be used as an assessment tool for post-dialysis fatigue in maintenance hemodialysis patients in China.The fatigue status of maintenance hemodialysis patients after dialysis needs to be improved,and the constitution is more common in Yang deficiency,blood stasis and phlegm dampness.The fatigue symptoms of dialysis patients with yin deficiency and qi deficiency are obvious after dialysis.We should focus on changing the constitution of patients,improving the fatigue phenomenon after dialysis and improving the quality of life after dialysis. |
