Objective: To analysis the influencing factors of post-dialysis fatigue in patients with maintenance hemodialysis. Methods : A toltal 75 patients with MHD in the second hemodialysis centers of Shengjing hospital of China Medical University are enrolled. They were investigated by Revised Piper Fatigue Scale(RPFS)and time of recovery from hemodialysis was recorded. All patients were divided into different three group according to the tertiles of the RPFS score, the clinical data, sleep quality, assay indicators in three groups were compared. The influencing factors of post-dialysis fatigue in MHD patients were analyzed by ordinal polytomous logistic regression method. Results: 70 questionnaires were effectively recovered. The incidence of post-dialysis fatigue was 78.57% in MHD patients.Among the three groups, time of recovery from hemodialysis, interdialytic weight gain, ultrafiltration volume, mean arterial pressure after dialysis showed significant difference. It was showed by the logistic regression analysis that ultrafiltration volume, sleep quality and mean arterial pressure after dialysis were associated of post-dialysis fatigue. Conclusion: Post-dialysis fatigue is common in MHD patients, high ultrafiltration volume, poor sleep quality and low mean arterial pressure after dialysis are risk factors for post-dialysis fatigue.
