Objective: The purpose of this study is to understand the related factors that affect the anxiety and depression of patients with HM(hematologic malignancies). We aim to determine the relationship between social support, sense of coherence, anxiety, and depressive symptoms. We aim to determine the role of psychological coherence in social support, anxiety, and depressive mood.We wanted to alleviate negative anxiety and depression in patients with such diseases through targeted psychological intervention and treatment. We also want to provide a reference basis for the prognosis, prevention, and control of patients with hematologic diseases. Methods: Using a purposive sampling method, all HM cases from April 2022 to December 2022 were selected.Selected patients were screened according to inclusion and exclusion indicators,a total of 192 cases were used for the study. The study was divided into several aspects:basic population theory, disease characteristics, social identity, psychological consistency, anxiety, and depression. The experimental method of independent sample t-test or one-way ANOVA statistical method was applied to test the group differences between the basic situation and disease characteristics of population theory, anxiety and depression symptoms;Pearson correlation analysis was applied to test the correlations between continuous variables; The experimental method of multiple stratified regression analysis and the bootstrap method were applied to test the mediating role of psychological consistency between social support, depression, and anxiety symptoms.Results:1.The scores of anxiety symptoms(43.346±10.357)and depressive symptoms(50.143±11.552)of HM patients were higher than those of the national norm.2.The results of the Single-factor analysis showed that patients who drank alcohol suffered higher anxiety symptoms(p=0.033)with a mean score of 47.27±10.13;patients who had an infection in the last week suffered higher anxiety symptoms(p=0.021)with a mean score of 46.84±6.01;female patients suffered slightly higher depressive symptoms(p=0.041)with a mean score of 51.76±10.89;and depressive symptoms were significantly higher in patients with per capital monthly household income ≤ 2000 yuan(p=0.008),with a mean score of: 54.07±12.17.3.HM patients’ social support was significantly negatively correlated with anxiety symptoms(r=-0.299)and depressive symptoms(r=-0.316);sense of coherence was significantly negatively correlated with anxiety symptoms(r=-0.425)and depressive symptoms(r=-0.426);There was a significant active interconnected between social support and sense of coherence with statistical significance(r=0.271,p>0.01);There was a positive correlation between anxiety and depressive symptoms(r=0.725,p>0.01).4.Under the premise of strict quality assurance of the study and the exclusion of other factors unrelated to this study,a calculated variance of 7.9%(β=-0.320)between social support and anxiety symptoms,a calculated variance of 8.0%(β=-0.383)between social support and depressive symptoms, they were statistically different(p<0.01).After the sense of psychological consistency entered the model, there was a statistically significant difference with the explained variance between anxiety symptoms increased significantly to 12.3%(β=-0.288,p<0.01)and between depressive symptoms to 11.1%(β=-0.308,p<0.01).Preliminary indications are that a sense of psychological consistency plays a partially mediating role in social support, anxiety and depressive symptoms.5.The study of the mediating effect between the factors in this paper was examined by the bootstrap method, the results showed that the psychological coherence of HM patients played a certain mediating role between social support and anxiety symptoms(a×b=-0.108),with an effect value of-0.212;there was also a certain mediating role between the same depressive symptoms(a×b=-0.105),with an effect value of-0.278.Conclusion: HM patients have more severe anxiety and depressive symptoms.Psychological consistency plays a mediating role in social support, anxiety and depressive symptoms.HM patients should be guided to actively cooperate with medical staff for psychological support and other treatments.Lastly, the relevant departments should develop appropriate interventions to effectively improve the anxiety and depression of HM patients.
