| ObjectiveTo investigate the current situation of social support,sense of coherence,sense of security and readiness for hospital discharge of postoperative breast cancer patients,and to explore the mechanism of social support,sense of coherence and sense of security on readiness for hospital discharge of postoperative breast cancer patients.to provide a basis for improving the level of readiness for hospital discharge of postoperative breast cancer patients,ensuring their discharge safety,reducing their unplanned readmission rate and improving their quality of life.MethodsFrom October 2019 to September 2020,a questionnaire survey was conducted among 240 postoperative breast cancer patients from 2 Grade 3A public hospitals in Anhui Province.The research tools were general characteristic questionnaire,readiness for hospital discharge scale,social support scale,sense of coherence-13 scale and security scale.Results1.The results of descriptive analysis showed that the total score of readiness for hospital discharge of postoperative breast cancer patients was(84.88 ±15.69).In the middle level,the scores of the three dimensions were as follows: predictive support(7.45 ±1.65),personal status(7.20 ±1.70)and adaptability(6.70 ±1.63).The total score of social support was(40.54 ±6.37),which was in the middle level.the scores of the three dimensions were: objective social support(14.92 ±2.60),subjective social support(19.17 ±4.10)and utilization of support(6.45 ±2.20).The total score of sense of coherence was(56.72 ±12.69),and the scores of each dimension were: sense of meaning(18.90 ±4.00),sense of control(17.28 ±4.89)and sense of understanding(20.53±5.06).The total score of sense of security was(55.81 ±10.60).the scores of interpersonal sense of security factor and definite sense of control were 28.73 ±5.30 and 27.08 ±5.90 respectively.2.Independent sample t-test and one-way ANOVA showed that the level of readiness for hospital discharge of postoperative breast cancer patients was statistically significant in terms of education level,living style,family per capita monthly income,incidence,clinical stage and hospitalization days(P < 0.05).3.Multiple linear regression analysis showed that the per capita monthly family income,clinical stage,length of stay,social support,sense of coherence and sense of security of postoperative breast cancer patients explained 58.5% of the total variation of readiness for hospital discharge.4.Pearson correlation analysis showed that there was a significant positive correlation between readiness for hospital discharge and sense of coherence,between readiness for hospital discharge and social support,between readiness for hospital discharge and sense of security(r = 0.611,P < 0.01),and between social support and sense of coherence(r = 0.426,P < 0.01).The results showed that there was a significant positive correlation between readiness for hospital discharge and sense of coherence(r = 0.670,P < 0.01),between readiness for hospital discharge and social support(r = 0.252,P < 0.01),and between social support and sense of coherence(r =0.426,P < 0.01).There was a significant positive correlation between social support and sense of security(r = 0.317,P < 0.01),and between sense of security and sense of coherence(r = 0.703,P < 0.01).5.The sense of sense of coherence and sense of security of postoperative breast cancer patients play a chain intermediary role between social support and d readiness for hospital discharge,and the intermediary effect value is 0.33,accounting for51.40% of the total effect of social support on readiness for hospital discharge.6.The structural equation model of psychological consistency and sense of security mediating effect between social support and discharge preparation in postoperative patients with breast cancer was constructed by Amos 23.0 software,and there was a good fit.ConclusionThe score of readiness for hospital discharge of postoperative breast cancer patients is in the middle level,and there is still a lot of room for improvement.The sense of sense of coherence and sense of security of postoperative breast cancer patients play a chain intermediary role between social support and readiness for hospital discharge.Therefore,it is suggested that medical staff should pay attention to the readiness for hospital discharge of postoperative breast cancer patients,evaluate their readiness for hospital discharge level in time,and formulate targeted measures to improve the psychological status of postoperative breast cancer patients,enhance their sense of sense of coherence and sense of security level,and improve patients’ utilization of social support,so as to increase patients’ readiness for hospital discharge and improve their quality of life after operation.. |
