Clinical Observation On The Effect Of Kaixin-Ningshen Decotion On Children With Tic Disorder From The Pers Pective Of General Practice

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Kaixin-Ningshen Decotion combined with psycho behavioral therapy in the treatment of children with tic disorder,in order to provide a new scheme for the current clinical treatment of children with tic disorder,and provide a reference for the establishment of a comprehensive diagnosis and treatment model for children with tic disorder in the next step.Methods:60 children with tic disorder who met the criteria of this study were included.The children were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group with 30 cases in each group.The children in the observation group received the treatment of Kaixin-Ningshen Decotion combined with psycho behavioral therapy,while the control group received the treatment of psycho behavioral therapy.The treatment course of both groups was 4 weeks.The scores of YGTSS and TCM syndrome scale were recorded before and after treatment.After observation,the data were imported into SPSS26.0 software for statistical analysis.Result:1.There were 5 cases of dropout due to loss of visit and other reasons,and 27 cases were finally included in the observation group and 28 cases in the control group.The case completion rate was 91.67%,and the dropout rate was 8.33%.Before treatment,the baseline data(age,sex,course of disease)of the observation group and the control group were not statistically significant(P>0.05),and the YGTSS scores and the TCM syndrome scale scores were also not statistically different(P>0.05).The data of the two groups were comparable.2.Intra-group comparison between the observation group and the control group before and after treatment: there was a statistical difference between the two groups in the points of YGTSS and TCM syndrome scale after treatment(P<0.05),and the clinical points decreased significantly after 4 weeks of treatment;3.Comparison between the observation group and the control group after treatment:the points of YGTSS and the points of TCM syndrome scale in the observation group after treatment were better than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);There was no statistical difference between the score reduction of social impairment and the control group(P>0.05).4.Comparative analysis of effective rate: the effective rate of clinical efficacy in the observation group was 62.96% higher than that in the control group 35.71%,and the effective rate of TCM syndrome in the observation group was 66.67% higher than that in the control group 42.86%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).5.Safety evaluation: No obvious adverse reactions occurred in the observation group and the control group during the study,indicating that the two treatments are safe.Conclusion:Kaixin-Ningshen Decotion combined with psycho behavioral therapy has certain effect in the treatment of tic disorders in children and the effect is better than that of single psycho behavioral therapy.It is safe and can be popularized in clinic。...
