Clinical Research On Treating Insomnia Of Internal Disturbance Of Phlegm-Heat With Qing-gan Ningshen Decotion

Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of Qing-gan Ningshen Decoction in the treating primary insomnia of Internal Disturbance of Phlegm-Heat. Method: Randomly divid patients which consistent with selected standard into the treatment group and the control group. The treatment group patients take the Qing-gan Ningshen Decoction and Surazepam 1mg before sleeping.The control group only take Surazepam 2mg before sleeping, The changes between after and before treatment at The super-therapeutic,TCM sign and ALS scores are observed ,Evaluate the side effect with TESS.Evaluate the change of ALS scores between treatment group and control group at one week after treatment. Result: (1) The total efficienctive rate of test group is 94.29%,and the control group only had 71.88%. which have diference.(2)Two group of patients has differences between after and before treatment at the aspects of ALS and TCM sign scores,but Treatment group are better than control group.which have diference.(3)The change of ALS scores one week after treatment has diference.(4)The side effect of Treatment group was less than the control group,which have diference. Conclusions: (1) The combination of TCM with Western medieine therapy by Qing-gan Ningshen Decoction Can strengthen curative effect, reduce side effects,improve Prognosis.That is the Optimum treatment for primary insomnia of Internal Disturbance of Phlegm-heat. (2) Qing-gan Ningshen Decoction has the actions of transform phlegm and clear heat,resolve depression and quite the spirit,It is obviously effective on the treatment of primary insomnia of Internal Disturbance of Phlegm-heat.
