Clinical Observation Of Nourishing Liver And Kidney Formula In Improving OFS Combined With Endocrine Therapy For Perimenopausal Syndrome In Patients With Breast Cancer

Objective:The modified kupperman symptom score,TCM syndrome score,FACT-B score,blood lipid level and sex hormone level were observed before and after treatment with Nourishing liver and Kidney recipe Decoction to explore the efficacy of Nourishing liver and Kidney recipe decoction in improving the OFS adjuvant endocrine therapy of breast cancer.Methods:total of 59 premenopausal hormone receptor positive breast cancer patients were selected from December 2021 to November 2022 in the Department of Breast and thyroid surgery,affiliated Hospital of Shandong University of traditional Chinese Medicine.thirty patients in the control group were given OFS combined with endocrine therapy,and 29 patients in the experimental group were treated with Nourishing liver and Kidney Formula plus control group for 3 months.SPSS25.0 software was used to analyze the improved kupperman symptom score,TCM syndrome score,FACT-B score,blood lipid level and sex hormone level before and after treatment.Results:1.Comparison of modified Kupperman symptom scores: there was significant difference in symptom scores in the experimental group after treatment,and in 5 symptom scores such as hot flashes and sweating between the two groups after treatment.The clinical effect of the test group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.01).2.Observation of TCM symptom score comparison: after treatment,the total scores of the experimental group within the group and between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.01).After treatment,the scores of symptoms were statistically significant(P<0.01 or P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of hot flashes,night sweats and other six symptoms were statistically significant between the two groups.The results showed that the clinical efficacy of the experimental group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.01).3.After comparison of the FACT-B scale,it was found that there were statistically significant differences in scores in all fields of the experimental group after treatment(P<0.01).After treatment,the score difference between the control group and the experimental group was statistically significant in three aspects,including emotional state.(P<0.01).The difference of the total score before and after treatment between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.01).4.Comparison between blood lipids: After treatment,TG and TCH levels decreased in the experimental group,while there was no statistical significance in the difference between HDL-C and LDL-C levels in the experimental group.5.Comparison of sex hormone levels: E2 and FSH levels between the two groups were compared,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusions: The perimenopausal symptoms of breast cancer patients with OFS combined with endocrine therapy can be improved by nourishing liver and tonifying kidney formula,which is relatively safe.
