Clinical Study Of Dang Gui Liu Huang Decoction For Treating Ventricular Premature Beat With Qi And Yin Deficiency And Fire Disturbance

Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of modified Dangguiliuhuang Decoction in the treatment of Qi and Yin deficiency and weak fire internal interference type ventricular premature beat,explore its mechanism of action in the treatment of ventricular premature beat,expand the clinical application of modified Dangguiliuhuang decoction,and provide a new treatment for the treatment of ventricular premature beat.Method: A total of 60 patients with ventricular premature beat who met the inclusion criteria were selected from the heart disease outpatient department and ward of Shandong Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine,and randomly divided into treatment group(30cases)and control group(30 cases).The control group was treated with the antiarrhythmic drug metoprolol succinate.On the basis of the treatment of the control group,the treatment group was supplemented with angelica Liuhuang decoction.The24-hour dynamic electrocardiogram ventricular premature beat frequency,TCM syndrome scale score and Myerburg grade before and after treatment were recorded and analyzed,and the efficacy and safety were evaluated.Results: The frequency of ventricular premature beats in 1.24 h dynamic electrocardiogram: After treatment,the frequency of ventricular premature beats in the treatment group was significantly decreased compared with the control group(P < 0.05).The total effective rate of the treatment group was 86.70%,and the total effective rate of the control group was 60.00%(P < 0.05).The curative effect of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group(P < 0.05).2.Myerburg grade: After treatment,Myerburg scores in the treatment group decreased more significantly than those in the control group(P < 0.05).The total effective rate of Myerburg was 90.00% in the treatment group and 60.00% in the control group.The efficacy of Myerburg in the treatment group was significantly better than that in the control group(P < 0.05).3.TCM syndrome score: the effective rates of the treatment group and the control group were96.7% and 66.7%,respectively,and the efficacy between the two groups was also statistically significant(P < 0.05),indicating that the added flavor of Angelica Liuhuang Decoction could effectively improve the total effective rates of TCM syndrome.After treatment,the treatment group improved the TCM syndrome more significantly than the control group(P < 0.05).Conclusions: 1.Dangguiliuhuang Decoction combined with metoprolol succinate can effectively treat the internal disturbance type ventricular premature beat of Qi and Yin deficiency and weak fire,and the clinical application is safe and effective.2.Compared with Western medicine alone,Angelica Liuhuang decoction combined with metoprolol succinate significantly reduced the frequency of ventricular premature beats,Myerburg grading and TCM syndrome scores.
