| Objective:To analyze the relative test data of experimental group and control group and discuss the use of thumb tack for Total knee arthroplasty,The analgesic effect of patients after TKA provides clinical and theoretical basis for further application of pushpin in the postoperative analgesia after total knee replacement.and enrich is the choice of the postoperative analgesia mode.Methods:50 patients aged 40-80 years who met the inclusion criteria and underwent unilateral total knee replacement for the first time in the Department of Orthopedics of Shandong Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from November 2020 to December 2021 were randomly divided into experimental group and control group by random umber table method Control group: Patients were treated with unilateral femora nerve block intravenous patientcontrolled analgesia pump and oral capsules.Based on the analgesic model of the control group,the experimental group was given Press therapy 1 to 7 days after surgery VAS scores.knee functional scores and active knee motion were recorded before surgery and at the 2nd,3rd,5th and7 th day after surgery,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Results:Onthe2nd,3rd,5th and 7th day after surgery,VAS scores at rest and functional exercise in experimental group were lower than those in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P0.05).On the3 rd,5th and 7th day after surgery,the knee function scores of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Postoperative control 2.3.5.7 das.the experimental group was higher than the control group the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Within 7 days after surgery,there was no significant difference between the experimental group and the control group in the number of additional analgesic drugs used(P>0.05).The incidence of nausea and vomiting in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group within 7days after surgery,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Pushpin therapy can relieve the pain after total knee replacement enhance the analgesic effect,accelerate the recovery of postoperative joint function.reduce the occurrence of postoperative nausea and vomiting reduce the occurrence of postoperative nausea and vomiting... |
