Objective: To observe the effects of Zeng Ye Yi Qi Tang on the clinical efficacy, laboratory indicators and safety indicators of Sjogren syndrome, and to explore the role of Zeng Ye Yi Qi Tang in the treatment of this disease. Methods: In this study,60 patients who met the inclusion criteria were divided into control group(30 cases)and treatment group(30 cases)according to the random number table method. The control group was given hydroxychloroquine sulfate orally, and the treatment group was given oral administration of Zeng Ye Yi Qi Tang on the basis of the control group, and the course of treatment in both groups was 6 months.Laboratory indexes, dry mouth and dry eye VAS scores,Schimer test and saliva flow rate indexes,TCM symptom scores and related safety indexes were recorded before and after treatment in the two groups.Integrate relevant data, use statistical methods to analyze, and comprehensively evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of Zeng Ye Yi Qi Tang. Results: A total of 60 patients who met the criteria were included in this study, and a total of 3 cases were dropped out during the trial,including2 cases in the control group and 1 case in the treatment group. There were no significant differences(P>)in gender, duration, age, laboratory indicators(ESR,CRP,IL-6,RF,Ig G),TCM syndrome score, dry mouth, dry eye VAS score,Schimer test, and saliva flow rate test 0.05),both comparable. After treatment,(1)the total effective rate of the treatment group was 89.6%,with 11 cases of apparent effect,11 cases of effectiveness,4 cases of improvement, and 3 cases of ineffectiveness; The total effective rate of the control group was 85.7%,2 cases were effective,10 cases were effective,12 cases were improved, and 4 cases were invalid(P<0.05),the difference was statistically significant.(2)The laboratory indexes of ESR,CRP and RF in the two groups were significantly improved compared with those before treatment, and the treatment group was better than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The Ig G index treatment group was significantly improved compared with the pre-treatment group, and the IL-6 index was significantly improved after the two groups after treatment, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).(3)In terms of TCM symptom scores and TCM clinical symptoms, the total scores of the two groups after treatment were improved compared with those before treatment, and the treatment group was better than the control group in terms of tongue image, nasal dryness, constipation and total symptom scores, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).(4)In terms of exocrine gland function, the function of the exocrine glands in both groups after treatment was improved compared with the previous group, and the VAS score of dry mouth, dry eyes,Schimer test and saliva flow rate index improved after treatment, and the treatment group was better than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).(5)Safety analysis, there were no obvious major adverse events in the two groups, and there was no significant statistical difference in the reaction rate of adverse events between the control group and the treatment group(P>0.05).Both groups had good safety. Conclusion: The effect of Zeng Ye Yi Qi Tang in the treatment of Sjogren syndrome with qiyin deficiency is definite, which can significantly alleviate its clinical symptoms, improve its exocrine gland function, reduce the total score of TCM symptoms and ESR,CRP,RF,IL-6 and Ig G indexes, and has good safety.
