Clinical Observation Of Cangzhu Dihuang Decoction In Treating Sjogren's Syndrome With Yin Deficiency And Dampness Syndrome

Objective: To observe the effect of Cangzhu Dihuang Decoction on syndrome efficacy,main symptom score and laboratory related index changes(ESR,CRP)of patients with Sjogren's syndrome with Yin deficiency and dampness,and to evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of Cangzhu Dihuang Decoction in treating Sjogren's syndrome with Yin deficiency and dampness,so as to provide the basis for clinical application and further promotion of the Chinese medicine prescription.Methods: 66 patients who met the diagnostic criteria in the rheumatic Immunology Department of the First Affiliated Hospital of Hunan University of Traditional Chinese Medicine were randomly divided into control group and treatment group.The control group was treated with routine western medicine(oral hydroxychloroquine sulfate tablets),and the treatment group was treated with Chinese herbal decoction of Atractylodes Rehmannia Decoction for 4 weeks.The curative effect of TCM syndromes,main symptoms score and laboratory related indexes(ESR,CRP)were compared before and after treatment.Result:1.Atractylodes Rehmanniae Decoction improves the syndrome of Sjogren's Syndrome with Yin deficiency and dampness.The total clinical effective rate of the treatment group(90.32%)is higher than that of the control group(74.19%).The difference is statistically significant(P < 0.05).2.Cangzhu Dihuang Decoction has the same effect as the control group in treating Sjogren's syndrome of Yin deficiency with dampness(P > 0.05).3.Cangzhu Dihuang Decoction can improve dry mouth and dry eye symptoms of Sjogren's syndrome with Yin deficiency and dampness.There is significant difference between the two groups before and after treatment(P < 0.05),In dry mouth,the curative effect of Atractylodes Rehmanniae Decoction was better than that of control group(P < 0.05),while in dry eye,the curative effect of Atractylodes Rehmanniae Decoction was similar to that of control group(P > 0.05).4.Both groups can make the blood sedimentation lower.There is a significant difference between the two groups before and after treatment(P < 0.05).Compared with the control group,the curative effect of the treatment group was similar(P >0.05).5.Both groups could reduce C-reactive protein,and there was a significant difference between the two groups before and after treatment(P < 0.05).The therapeutic effect of the treatment group was similar to that of the control group(P >0.05).6.There were no obvious adverse reactions in the two groups during the treatment.Conclusion: Atractylodes Rehmanniae Decoction is effective,safe and reliable in the treatment of Sjogren's syndrome of Yin deficiency and dampness.It can significantly improve the symptoms of patients,especially dry mouth symptoms,reduce laboratory related indexes(ESR,CRP),and control the condition of Sjogren's syndrome.
