Investigation And Countermeasure Of Neonatal Hospice Care

According to the National Bureau of Statistics,the birth rate in 2021 will be 7.52 per thousand,while the newborn death rate will be 3.10 per thousand.Among them,the mortality rate of premature infants is higher,about 12%～30%,which is 20 times that of full-term infants.The case fatality rate of very low birth weight infants is about63%～74%,and the case fatality rate of ultra-low birth weight infants is as high as 80%.Although the survival rate of newborns and the accuracy of diagnosis of critical illness have improved significantly compared with the past,the current medical conditions are still insufficient to completely prevent newborn death,and the physical pain of dying newborns and the mental suffering of their families cannot be underestimated.With the development of people’s ideas and social understanding of hospice care,the current neonatal intensive care unit has moved away from the single goal of only improving the survival rate of children,and attaches more importance to the quality of life of children in order to minimize the unnecessary pain of children and their families,which also makes the application of hospice in the neonatal intensive care unit more and more attention.However,at present,neonatal hospice care in China is still in its infancy,and it is often faced with many difficulties in the implementation process,which is mainly affected by medical ethics,the awareness and knowledge of medical staff,the lack of guidance documents and other factors.This paper aims to use the empirical research method,the investigation of Liaoning province 9 city 11 tertiary first-class hospital NICU staff neonatal hospice care knowledge,attitude and ethical cognitive status,and using the qualitative interview supplement quantitative research results,the final precipitation of the main factors affecting sample medical staff neonatal hospice care implementation,the problems based on research found targeted countermeasures.To provide a theoretical basis for the further study of neonatal hospice care,and provide a reference for the development of neonatal hospice care services in our country.This research is divided into five parts: the first part is the introduction,which mainly introduces the reason of the topic selection,the purpose and significance of the research,the review of domestic and foreign research,the research methods and innovation;the second part is the theoretical overview of neonatal hospice care.By clarifying the connotation,characteristics and other basic concepts of neonatal hospice care,as well as the theoretical basis of the study,the theoretical foundation is made for the follow-up empirical research and analysis;in the third part,the questionnaire survey and semi-structured interview were used to investigate the current situation of neonatal hospice care for medical staff in neonatal intensive care unit,and relevant influencing factors were analyzed to find out the existing problems in neonatal hospice care,and the mechanism model of influencing factors for neonatal hospice care for medical staff in neonatal intensive care Unit was summarized.The fourth part,based on the results of this study,tries to put forward measures and suggestions to solve the existing problems of neonatal hospice from the perspectives of government,medical institutions,society and ethics.The fifth part is the conclusion,summarizing the main conclusions of this paper and pointing out the future research direction.
