Establishment Of Competence Index System For Hospice Care Medical Staff

Objective: in recent years,due to the accelerated aging of China's population,the incidence of tumor diseases has been increasing year by year,and the attention to the hospital cultural construction,more and more people know and accept hospice care.Patients at the end of life present a special state of mind and physiology.It is very important that making them walk the last journey of life with dignity,comfort and no regrets,and gradually accept and face the disease and the approaching death and live each day of the present.For family members,the grief is relieved by helping patients leave the world peacefully.Based on the analysis of the competency index system of hospice care for medical personnel,the requirements for the capacity of hospice care personnel should be constructed,so as to enhance the capacity of hospice care personnel,enable them to better serve patients and provide ideas for the improvement of hospice care work.Methods: This research preliminarily work out the index system construction of competency of hospice care medical staff by the literature method,panel discussion method,and gather the peculiarity index of hospice care competency,and combined with the Chinese doctors' common competency model.This research also used Delphi method to carry on the two rounds of expert consultation,determine the index system and weight of items.Finally,the index system is determined through reliability and validity analysis.This paper used Excel for data entry and SPSS19.0 for data statistics and analysis.Results: 8 dimensions and 78 indexes were constructed.The recovery rate of two rounds Delphi method was 100%.The authority coefficient was 0.86,and the coordination coefficient of two rounds Delphi method was 0.15 and 0.164(P < 0.01),respectively.Dimensions weight are as follows: clinical skills and medical services 0.1737,medical knowledge and lifelong learning ability 0.1453,interpersonal communication ability 0.1396,core values and doctors' professional accomplishment 0.1396,team cooperation ability 0.1161,scientific research ability 0.1080,disease prevention and health promotion 0.0950,information and management ability 0.0828.Through reliability validity test,the Cronhach was 0.992.The correlation analysis results showed that the correlation coefficient was higher,so the reliability and validity of this study were better.Conclusion: The index system construction of competency of hospice care medical staff was constructed,with a total of 8 dimensions and 78 indexes and good reliability and validity.
