| ObjectiveThe changes of IL-6 level, lymphocyte count,T lymphocyte count,CD4+cell count,CD8+ cell count and other immune-related indexes in patients with novel coronavirus pneumonia were analyzed,as well as the implications for clinical diagnosis and treatment.MethodsThe blood routine,immune-related indicators, trace elements and other related indicators of patients with novel coronavirus pneumonia were detected, and the changes of related indicators of different types of patients and patients who died were compared and analyzed, and the diagnosis and treatment measures of patients with novel coronavirus pneumonia were proposed.ResultsThe level of IL-6 increased significantly in severe and critical patients, and the lymphocyte count,T lymphocyte count,CD4+ cell count, and CD8+ cell count decreased significantly.Serum calcium and iron decreased in severe and critical patients.ConclusionsIL-6,T lymphocyte count,CD4+ cell count, and CD8+ cell count can be used as observational indicators of disease severity and prognosis of patients, among which IL-6 and T lymphocyte count may be stronger predictors.Whether serum calcium and iron can also be used as prognostic indicators needs further study;Antiviral therapy, immunotherapy, symptomatic therapy combined with traditional Chinese medicine can effectively treat COVID-19 patients. |
