Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of Du Vessel Moxibustion in the treatment of novel coronavirus infection of lung spleen deficiency in the recovery period. Methods:A total of 60 cases of convalescent patients with novel coronavirus infection of lung spleen deficiency type who met the diagnostic criteria of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine were included. They were randomly divided into two groups by random number table,30 cases in the control group and 30 cases in the treatment group. The control group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine(the recommended prescription of lung and spleen deficiency type in the Guidance of Traditional Chinese Medicine for Rehabilitation of novel coronavirus Pneumonia in the Recovery Period(Trial)).The treatment group was treated with Du Meridian Moxibustion on the basis of routine treatment in the control group. The course of treatment in both groups was 2 months. Two months later, the TCM syndrome score, lung function,6WMD,Sp O2 and other indicators of the two groups of patients before and after treatment were collected. All data were statistically analyzed with SPSS26.0.Results:(1)General data: There was no significant difference in age, sex, height and weight between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05),which was comparable.(2)Lung function: Before treatment, the indexes of lung function FVC,FEV1,FEV1/FVC,PEF and DLCO in the two groups were compared, which was not statistically significant and comparable(P>0.05);After treatment, the indexes of FVC,FEV1,FEV1/FVC and DLCO of lung function of patients in the two groups increased compared with those in the control group(P<0.05);However,there was no significant difference in PEF index after treatment(P>0.05).(3)6MMD and Sp O2: There was no statistically significant difference in 6MWD and Sp O2 between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05);After treatment, the indexes of 6MWD and Sp O2 in the two groups were higher than before, and the rising effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);(4)TCM syndrome score: Before treatment, the clinical symptom scores of the two groups were compared, and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05);After treatment, the TCM symptoms, main symptoms of cough, shortness of breath, fatigue, chest tightness, spontaneous sweating and poor sleep in the treatment group were significantly improved compared with the control group(P<0.05),indicating that the treatment group was better than the control group in improving the clinical symptoms of patients.(5)Total effective rate: after treatment, the total effective rate of the control group was 80%,and the total effective rate of the treatment group was 93.3%.There was a statistically significant difference in the total effective rate between the two groups(P<0.05),and the total effective rate of the treatment group was better than that of the control group.(6)During the treatment,no adverse reactions such as obvious nausea and vomiting, local skin redness and swelling, skin itching occurred in both groups. The basic vital signs and safety indicators of the two groups were not significantly abnormal. Conclusion: Du Meridian Moxibustion can effectively improve the clinical symptoms, improve the lung function and increase the activity tolerance of patients with novel coronavirus infection of lung spleen deficiency type in the recovery period. It is a safe and feasible treatment method, and is worth promoting in the lung rehabilitation treatment.
