Clinical Retrospective Study On Novel Coronavirus Pneumonia Treated With Triple Focus Treatment

Objective:Novel coronavirus pneumonia was treated by Triple Energizer combined with treatment.The clinical efficacy of the triple pneumonia was evaluated by comparing the hospitalization time,the time of body temperature recovery after hospitalization,the time of conversion of nucleic acid and the time of onset of absorption of pulmonary lesions.The novel coronavirus pneumonia was summarized and the mechanism of Triple Energizer treatment was discussed.Novel coronavirus pneumonia is provided with novel coronavirus in the treatment of triple corona with the same method,so as to give full play to the characteristics and advantages of TCM in treating new coronavirus pneumonia.Methods:Novel coronavirus infection novel coronavirus infection patients from five departments of Hubei Provincial Traditional Chinese Medical Hospital in Optics Valley from January 2020 to March 2020 were selected and 30 cases of new coronavirus infection were treated in the isolation ward of Wuhan West Hospital(Wuhan Iron and steel second staff hospital and Wuhan sixth hospital)in the same period.All cases were novel coronavirus pneumonia diagnostic criteria.They belonged to light and general type.They were diagnosed by TCM syndrome differentiation as cold damp syndrome or lung disease.The basic data,diagnosis time,hospitalization time,clinical symptoms,clinical laboratory indexes(white blood cell count,neutrophil percentage,lymphocyte percentage,CRP,PCT),recovery time of body temperature after admission,time of nucleic acid turning negative,time of lung focus absorption,cure rate and clinical treatment drugs were collected.30 patients in the provincial hospital of traditional Chinese medicine were treated with traditional Chinese medicine decoction on the basis of Western medicine.According to different treatment methods,30 patients in the provincial hospital of traditional Chinese medicine were divided into Chinese and Western medicine group,and30 patients in the Western Hospital of Wuhan city were divided into Western Medicine group.Novel coronavirus pneumonia was treated by Triple Energizer combined with triple therapy.The baseline data,hospitalization time,temperature recovery time after hospitalization,the time of conversion of nucleic acid,the time of onset of absorption of lung lesions,and the cure rate were compared.The adverse reactions and toxic side effects of the two groups were recorded.Results:The novel coronavirus was mainly infected by the majority of the elderly,mainly in the middle and old age group.It was often accompanied by chronic diseases such as hypertension,diabetes and chronic gastritis.The two groups were mainly characterized by fever,fatigue,cough,chest tightness,diarrhea,wheezing,headache,and two groups of patients.The symptoms of limb pain,pharyngeal discomfort,chills,epigastralgia,stomachache,dry mouth,poor appetite and sleep were the second;fever(81.67%),asthenia(80%)and dry cough(76.67%)were the three main symptoms of the disease,of which fever was mainly low and moderate fever;tongue color of patients in the group of traditional Chinese and Western medicine was mainly red(66.67%),light red(26.67%),yellow fur(66.67%),thick and greasy fur(6.67%)Blood analysis was performed for the first time when two groups of patients were admitted to the hospital: white blood cell count was mostly normal or decreased,neutrophil percentage was mostly normal or increased,lymphocyte percentage was mostly decreased or normal,CRP and PCT were mainly increased.There was no significant difference in clinical data between the two groups(P > 0.05).After treatment,none of the patients in the two groups turned to severe(extreme stage),and all of them were cured and discharged from hospital with a cure rate of 100%(P > 0.05).In terms of the length of stay,the average length of stay in the western medicine group was shorter than that in the western medicine group(P <0.05).By comparing the time of temperature return to normal after admission,most of the patients in the two groups returned to normal within 1-3 days after admission,and the treatment effect was similar(P > 0.05).By comparing the negative time of nucleic acid,the average negative time of virus in the group of traditional Chinese and Western medicine was significantly shorter than that in the group of Western Medicine(P < 0.05).By comparing the start absorption time of lung lesions in the two groups,the average start absorption time of lung lesions in the group of traditional Chinese and Western medicine was shorter than that in the group of Western Medicine(P <0.05).In terms of safety evaluation,there were no adverse reactions in the two groups during the study.Conclusion:The novel coronavirus is a cold damp pathogen,resulting in the metabolic disorder of triple energizer,which is manifested by simultaneous occurrence of triple energizer and triple energizer.Triple therapy combined with novel coronavirus is effective and safe in the treatment of new-type coronavirus pneumonia.It can significantly shorten the length of stay,the time of conversion of nucleic acid and the time of onset of absorption of lung lesions.The curative effect of the combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine is better than that of Western medicine alone.
