Regular Study On The Effect Of Different Acupuncture Frequencies On The Efficacy Of Chronic Fatigue Syndrome With Heart And Spleen Deficiency

Objective:The effect of different acupuncture frequency on the treatment of chronic fatigue syndrome with cardiospleen deficiency was observed,so as to screen out the better frequency of acupuncture for the treatment of chronic fatigue syndrome with cardiosplenic deficiency,and provide better treatment options for the clinical treatment of chronic fatigue syndrome.Method:The 70 patients who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into frequency 1 group and frequency 2 group.Frequency 1 group acupuncture every other day,3 times a week(Monday,Wednesday,Friday);Frequency 2 groups had acupuncture once a day,6 times a week(Monday to Saturday treatment,Sunday off).Two weeks was one course of treatment,and after two courses,the data of CFS symptom score scale,FS-14 fatigue rating scale and TCM symptom syndrome(heart and spleen deficiency)symptom score scale were statistically analyzed before and after treatment between the two groups,and the efficacy differences were compared.Results:(1)The fatigue status and scale scores of patients with frequency 1 group and frequency 2 after treatment decreased statistically compared with those before treatment(P<0.01);(2)In terms of the CFS symptom score quantification table,by analyzing the data of CFS symptom score quantification table after treatment in the two groups,the results showed that the clinical efficacy of frequency 2 group was better than that of frequency 1 group(P<0.01);(3)In terms of the FS-14 fatigue rating scale,by analyzing the FS-14 fatigue rating scale data after treatment in the two groups,the results showed that the patients in the frequency 2 group were better than the frequency 1 group in total points,somatic fatigue points and mental fatigue scores(P<0.01);(4)In terms of the integral scale of traditional Chinese medicine symptoms,through the analysis of the post-treatment data of the two groups,the results showed that the clinical efficacy of the frequency 2 group was better than that of the frequency 1 group(P<0.05),and it had significant therapeutic effects in fatigue,insomnia,dreaminess,palpitations,decreased stomach or poor appetite,and weak pulse(P<0.01);(5)In terms of the efficiency,the effective rate of frequency 1 group was 80.6%,and the effective rate of frequency 2 group was 90.6%,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);Conclusion:(1)Alternate-day acupuncture and daily acupuncture have significant therapeutic effects on chronic fatigue syndrome with heart and spleen deficiency.(2)The clinical efficacy of daily acupuncture on chronic fatigue syndrome with cardio-spleen deficiency is better than once every other day.
