The Clinical Observation Of Qin’s Holistic Acupuncture Therapy For Both Heart And Spleen Deficiency Type Of Chronic Fatigue Syndrome

Objective:This research adopted randomly controlled clinical studying method to obse rve the clinical efficacy of Qin’ s holistic acupuncture therapy on both heart and spleen deficiency type of Chronic Fatigue Syndrome,and comparing with the control group(routine acupuncture group)whether there is a significant difference,evaluating the clinical efficacy of Qin’ s holistic acupuncture therapy for both heart and spleen deficiency type of CFS,providing theoretical basis for future clinical application,providing a safe and effective treatment for CFS.Methods:Select 72 patients from the Guangdong Second Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital for the treatment of both heart and spleen deficiency type of CFS who had been diagnosed,from October 2016 to October 2018.The patients were randomly divided into a treatment group with 36 cases and a control group with 36 cases.Patients in the treatment group were treated with Qin’ s holistic acupuncture therapy.The control group were treated with conventional acupuncture.Both treatments lasted for 28 days.The clinical efficacy,FSS score,FS-14 score and overall symptom grading score were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.To explore the clinical application value and significance Qin’ s holistic acupuncture therapy in the treatment of both heart and spleen deficiency type of CFS.Result:After the end of the treatment cycle,the FSS score,FS-14 score and overall symptom grading score of the two groups decreased significantly,there was statistical significance compared with before treatment(P<0.01).It is suggested that the two treatments can effectively treat the heart and spleen two deficiency type CFS.The difference of FSS scores,FS-14 score and overall symptom grading score between the two groups before and after treatment was statistically significant(P<0.01).It is suggested that the clinical efficacy of Qin’s holistic acupuncture therapy is more significant than that of conventional acupuncture.In the respect of the clinical efficacy,The total efficiency of the treatment group is 97.22%,the total efficiency of the control group is 86.11%,the difference of totally clinical efficacy was statistically significant(P<0.01).It is suggested that Qin’ s holistic acupuncture therapy has more advantages in the treatment of both heart and spleen deficiency type of CFS,and the clinical efficacy is more significant.Conclusion:The treatment of both heart and spleen deficiency type of CFS by Qin’ s holistic acupuncture therapy has clear and definite clinical efficacy,is more significant than that of conventional acupuncture.In the treatment of CFS,it is a safe and effective treatment,and is worthy for clinical application.
