Clinical Observation On The Treatment Of Chronic Fatigue Syndrome Of Liver Depression And Spleen Deficiency By Governor Acupuncture Combined With Conventional Acupuncture

Objective:To To observe the clinical efficacy of Governor Vessel acupuncture combined with conventional acupuncture in the treatment of chronic fatigue syndrome with liver stagnation and spleen deficiency.Methods : From January 2022 to March 2023,64 patients with chronic fatigue syndrome of liver depression and spleen deficiency who met the criteria in the acupuncture clinic and ward of the Fourth Clinical Medical College of Xinjiang Medical University.Before and after 4 courses of treatment(5 days for each course,a total of 20 days),the clinical efficacy score,fatigue scale and anxiety self-rating scale of TCM syndromes were statistically analyzed.Results : 1.Comparison of basic information of patients : The improvement of fatigue score,anxiety score and TCM syndrome type in the treatment group was better than that in the control group,and there was statistical significance(P < 0.05).This shows that chronic fatigue syndrome of liver depression and spleen deficiency has a good effect in clinical treatment.By analyzing the improvement of FS-14 score,SAS score and TCM syndrome type before and after treatment,it can be seen that after treatment.Conclusion : These two treatment methods have obvious therapeutic effects,but the effect of Governor Needle patients with chronic fatigue syndrome of liver depression and spleen deficiency is better.This treatment plan can significantly improve the patient ’s body fatigue,shortness of breath,fatigue,insomnia,chest pain,emotional depression and other symptoms,improve the quality of life of patients,and good safety,no side effects,have more in-depth clinical value,and is worthy of clinical promotion.
