| Objective This study aims to determine the clinical efficacy of she medicine formula meridian point ultrasonic penetration on wind-warm pulmonary fever with phlegm-heat obstructing lungbased on midnight-noon and ebb-flow theory. Methods This study adopted the randomized controlled trials method:From October 2021 to April 2022,78 patients with wind-warm pulmonary fever with phlegm-heat obstructing lung type in the Respiratory and critical care department of a Classiii Grade A traditional Chinese Medicine hospital in Zhejiang Province were selected, and randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group, with 39 cases in each group. The control group received conventional western medical treatment and nursing.Based on the control group,Feishu points,Pishu points, and Shenshu points in the experimental group were treated with the she medicine formula meridian point ultrasonic penetration based on midnight-noon and ebb-flowtheory.Each point was intervened once a day for 10 days as a course of treatment. The changes in TCM syndrome score,CPIS score of pulmonary infection, percentage of neutrophils,high-sensitivity C-reactive protein and the original value of calcitonin before the intervention,5days and 10 days of intervention were compared between the two groups for statistical analysis. The clinical efficacy was evaluated by comparing the effective rate between the two groups.Results1.Comparison of baseline data:There was no significant difference in age, gender, body mass index and smokinghistorybetween the two groups(P>0.05),which was comparable.2.Comparison of TCM syndrome scores:There was no significant difference in TCM syndrome scores between the two groups before intervention(P>0.05),which was comparable; With the extension of time, the TCM syndrome scores of the two groups after intervention were significantly lower than those before intervention(P<0.001),and the degree of improvement of TCM syndrome scores of the experimental group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).3.Comparison of CPIS scores of pulmonary infection:Before the intervention, there was no significant difference in CPIS scores between the two groups(P>0.05),which was comparable; With the extension of time, the CPIS scores of the two groups after intervention were significantly lower than those before intervention(P<0.001),and the reduction of CPIS scores of pulmonary infection in the experimental group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).4.Comparison of inflammatory indicators:there were no significant differences in the percentage of neutrophils(N%),high-sensitivity C-reactive protein(CRP),and original calcitonin(PCT)between the two groups before intervention(P>0.05),which were comparable. On the 5th and 10th day of intervention, the percentage of neutrophils,high-sensitivity C-reactive protein and the original value of calcitonin in the two groups were all decreased compared with those before intervention(P<0.001),and the reduction of inflammatory indicators in the experimental group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).5.Clinical efficacy evaluation:the total effective rate of the experimental group was 92.11%,the total effective rate of the control group was 81.08%,and the efficacy of the experimental group was better than that of the control group(Z=2.329,P=0.020).Conclusion1.Based on the midnight-noon and ebb-flow theory, this study formulated the intervention measures of ultrasonic penetration at meridians of she medicine in the experimental group through literature research and expert argumentation, which was scientific and feasible to some extent.2.Based on the midnight-noon and ebb-flow theory, she medicine formula ultrasound penetration can significantly improve the TCM syndrome score of patients with wind-warm pulmonary fever with phlegm-heat obstructing lung, effectively reducing the CPIS score of lung infection and related inflammatory indicators(N%,CRP,PCT),and effectively improve the clinical efficacy, which is worthy of clinical application.3.The curative effect on the 10th day of intervention is better than that on the 5th day of intervention. |
