| Objective By observing the clinical efficacy of acupuncture analgesic in abortion surgery of cicatrical uterus,this paper aims to provide new ideas for the analgesia of abortion surgery of cicatrical uterus.Methods 60 patients who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into control group and treatment group,with 30 patients in each group.Control group:routine abortion surgery of cicatrical uterus.Treatment group:on the basis of the control group combined with acupuncture at Siguan point analgesia treatment.The two groups of patients scored separately visual pain scale(VAS)at dilation,aspiration,the end of surgery and 30 minutes after surgery to evaluate the degree of pain.The researcher recorded operation duration,intraoperative blood loss and postoperative adverse reactions.Results There was no statistically significant difference in baseline data(age,days of pregnancy)between two groups of patients(P>0.05),so they are comparable.There was no statistically significant difference in operation time,intraoperative blood loss between two groups of patients(P>0.05).There were significant differences in VAS scores between the two groups at the time of uterine dilation,suction,end of surgery and 15 minutes after surgery(P<0.05),and the VAS scores of the treatment group during uterine dilation,suction,operation and 30 minutes after surgery were lower than those in the control group.The incidence of postoperative adverse reactions in the control group was 35.7%,and the incidence of postoperative adverse reactions in the treatment group was 11.5%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the incidence of postoperative adverse reactions in the treatment group was much lower than that in the control group.Conclusion Through this experiment,it can be concluded that acupuncture at Siguan point can effectively reduce intraoperative and postoperative pain in patients with abortion surgery of cicatrical uterus,and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions after the surgery,which is worth applying in the clinic. |
