Objective:A controlled study of acupuncture combined with three-step analgesia and simple three-step analgesia for the treatment of advanced cancer pain at different needle retention times,Efficacy and safety of three treatment regimens, assess pain relief situation conditions and pain, quality of daily life of the patient(Improving the effects of Barth's index, etc.,provide new ideas and more feasible methods for the clinical application of acupuncture to treat cancer pain. Methods:Pass through randomization, the 98 patients met the inclusion criteria of advanced cancer patients are divided into the control group,Treatment 1 group and the treatment 2 group, the control group 33 is patients Treatment 1 group of 33 is patients Treatment 2 group is 32 cases.Control group:Three-step analgesia was given.therapy group:Based on the control group, acupuncture was given at different needle retention times.Acupuncture acupoints:passes points(bilateral Hegu,Taichong)of the main point,A point for the auxiliary points.Four off to provide fertilizing interpolation reducing method, pit A is to twisting reducing method,Treatment 1 group needle needing sensation for 30 minutes, treatment 2 group needle needing sensation for 60 minutes, both groups every 10 to 15 minutes line pin Once, return the needle before it is ejected.Once a day,6 days is a course of treatment, and the three groups are treated for 1 week. Finally,by comparing the NRS scores of patients before and after treatment, the quality of daily life, and gastrointestinal adverse reactions during treatment,Evaluate the efficacy of the three treatment regimens.Results:1.Comparison of pain intensity, control group:NRS score 7.37±0.89 before treatment,NRS score 4.73±1.76 after treatment;treatment group 1:NRS score 7.50±0.94 before treatment,NRS score 3.77±1.59 after treatment;treatment group 2:NRS before treatment The score was 7.43±1.10,and the NRS score was 3.80±1.85 after treatment. After treatment, the NRS scores of the three groups of patients were improved compared with those before treatment, and the treatment group? and treatment group 2 were better than the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the treatment group ? and treatment group 2 were worse. The difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).2.Comparison of total effective rate, control group:76.7%,treatment group 1:96.7%,treatment group 2:93.3%,treatment group 1 and treatment group 2 are better than the control group, the difference is statistically significant(P<0.05),treatment of a group and the treatment of 2 groups, the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).More significant efficiency, control group:16.7%,Treatment 1 group:40.0%,Treatment 2 groups:43.3%,the treatment of a group and the treatment 2 group than the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),the treatment of 1 There was no significant difference between the two groups and the treatment group(P>0.05).3.Comparison of quality of daily life, control group:56.97±14.77 before treatment,67.03±16.18 after treatment;treatment group 1:54.43±15.61 before treatment,75.57±13.77 after treatment;treatment group 2:53.20±16.52 before treatment, after treatment 76.10±15.3 1.All three groups improved after treatment compared with before treatment, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).And treatment of a group and the treatment 2 groups quality of life assessment higher, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),whereas treatment of a group and the treatment of 2 groups, the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).4.gastrointestinal incidence of adverse reactions compared to the control group:(70.00%),Treatment 1 group:36.67%,Treatment 2 group:40.00%.Treatment 1 group and the treatment of 2 groups of gastrointestinal side effects were significantly lower than the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:First,acupuncture at different needle retention times combined with the three-step analgesic and three-step drug analgesics can reduce the degree of cancer pain and improve the quality of life of patients, but the combination of acupuncture and medicine is more effective.Second, acupuncture can reduce gastrointestinal side effects after the use of three-step analgesics.Third, the needle prick leaving needle 30min and 60min joint three-step method of relieving pain in the treatment of cancer pain and improving the quality of life of patients, similar efficacy. Therefore, acupuncture for 30 minutes is more suitable for the treatment of patients with chronic cancer pain.
