Objective:This study aims to observe the clinical efficacy of acupuncture at "Siguan Point" in the treatment of subthreshold anxiety disorder, compare it with conventional acupuncture treatment, and explore the intervention effect of acupuncture at "Siguan Point" on subthreshold anxiety disorder, providing theoretical basis and clinical guidance for the treatment of subthreshold anxiety disorder.Content:Subthreshold anxiety disorder is a very common disease, but it is often poorly diagnosed and treated.Epidemiological studies show that the incidence rate of subthreshold anxiety disorder is three times that of anxiety disorder, and there will be a certain risk of developing into anxiety disorder, other emotional disorders or drug use disorders. The pathogenesis of subthreshold anxiety disorder has not yet been fully unified, mainly including genetics, neuroendocrine, neuroanatomy, immunity, neurotransmitters, social and psychological factors, etc.Due to the fact that most patients with subthreshold anxiety disorder have limited understanding of the disease, have not received much attention, and rarely receive medical treatment, this further reflects the necessity of early and sufficient treatment for patients with subthreshold anxiety disorder to prevent the progression of the condition to anxiety disorder. The treatment of subthreshold anxiety disorder includes modern medical treatment and traditional Chinese medicine treatment.Modern medical treatment includes taking anti anxiety and antidepressant drugs, psychological therapy, physical therapy, and exercise therapy.Traditional Chinese medicine treatment mainly includes Chinese medicine, acupuncture and moxibustion, ear point pressing beans, massage, skill guidance, emotion and five tone therapy. This paper mainly studies the efficacy of acupuncture at Siguan point in the treatment of subthreshold anxiety disorder.According to the research summary of acupuncture at Siguan point in clinical trials and animal experiments on regulating emotion, its mechanism may be related to improving the level of neurotransmitters, affecting signal transduction pathways, improving the level of brain derived neurotrophin, repairing hippocampal astrocyte,etc.Methods:72 patients with subthr-eshold anxiety disorder who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 36 patients in each group. The observation group was treated with acupuncture at the "Siguan Points",while the control group was treated with routine acupuncture.Acupuncture is performed three times a week, with one course of treatment lasting four weeks and two courses of treatment.Observe the changes in scores of Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAMA),HAMA Mental Anxiety Factor,HAMA Somatic Anxiety Factor,Self Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS),and Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)before intervention,4 weeks after intervention, and 8 weeks after intervention, calculate the total effective rate of treatment, and compare the clinical effects of the two treatment methods.Results:1.Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAMA)score.(1)Intragroup comparison showed a significant statistical difference of P<0.01 before and after intervention.(2)Comparison between groups, after one course of intervention, there was no statistically significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05);After two courses of intervention, the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).2.HAMA Mental Anxiety Factor Score.(1)Intragroup comparison showed a significant statistical difference of P<0.01 before and after intervention.(2)Comparison between groups, after one course of intervention,P>0.05,no statistical difference; After two courses of intervention, the comparison between the two groups showed significant statistical significance(P<0.01).3.HAMA Somatic Anxiety Factor Score.(1)Compared within the group, the comparison between the observation group before and after one course of intervention,as well as before and after two courses of intervention, showed a significant statistical difference(P<0.01);After one course of intervention, there was no statistically significant difference compared to two courses of intervention,P>0.05.The control group showed no statistically significant difference before and after intervention, with P>0.05.(2)Comparison between groups, before and after intervention, both P>0.05,with no statistical difference.4.Self Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)score.(1)Intragroup comparison showed a significant statistical difference of P<0.01 before and after intervention.(2)Comparison between groups:After one course of intervention, the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05);After two courses of intervention, the comparison between the two groups showed significant statistical significance(P<0.01).5.Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)score.(1)Intragroup comparison showed a significant statistical difference of P<0.01 before and after intervention.(2)Comparison between groups, after one course of intervention, there was no statistically significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05);After two courses of intervention, the comparison between the two groups showed significant statistical significance(P<0.01).6.Comparison of therapeutic effects between two groups. The total effective rates of the observation group and the control group were 76.47%and 51.52%,respectively,with a statistical difference of P<0.05.Conclusion:Acupuncture at "Siguan Point" and conventional acupuncture treatment both have good clinical efficacy in treating subthreshold anxiety disorder. The clinical effect of acupuncture at "Siguan Point" is superior to conventional acupuncture treatment, and the long-term effect is better than conventional acupuncture treatment.
