Analysis On The Current Situation And Fairness Of The Allocation Of Facilities And Equipment In Primary Medical And Health Institutions In H County

Objective: A systematic analysis was conducted on the current situation and fairness of the allocation of medical facilities and equipment in grassroots medical and health institutions in H County.The existing problems were analyzed,and policy recommendations were put forward to provide reference for promoting the sustainable development of facilities and equipment resources in grassroots medical and health institutions.Research methods: This study focuses on grassroots medical and health institutions in H County.Understand the current situation of facilities and equipment in primary medical institutions in H County through reports and statistical yearbooks,and use comparative analysis and fairness analysis methods to understand and evaluate the current situation of facility and equipment configuration in primary medical and health institutions in H County.Research results: The construction area of H County increased from 69967.7 square meters in 2015 to 98426.4square meters in 2020,a year-on-year increase of 140.7%(average increase of 28.1%).The number of beds increased from 1490 in 2015 to1654 in 2020,an increase of 164 beds(11%),a year-on-year increase of11%(average increase of 2.2%).The total value of professional equipment increased from 16.155 million yuan in 2015 to 40.644 million yuan(251.6%)in 2020,a year-on-year increase of 251.6%(average increase of 50.3%).During the 13 th Five Year Plan period,the Gini coefficient above remained basically stable at a level below 0.3,which is in a relatively fair state.The total number of equipment above 10000 yuan increased from 224 units in 2015 to 421 units(187.9%)in 2020,a year-on-year increase of 187.9%(average increase of 37.6%),and the Gini coefficient remained stable at the level of 0.39 during the 13 th Five Year Plan period,below the fair warning line of 0.4,in a relatively fair state.Research conclusion: The development of facilities and equipment in grassroots medical and health institutions in H Province has achieved certain results and progress,but on the other hand,there are still some problems.If the total amount of basic medical facilities and equipment resources is insufficient,there are regional differences,and the distribution of resources is uneven.The following suggestions are proposed: increase effective investment in grassroots medical institutions,strengthen the configuration of existing medical facilities and equipment,integrate existing medical facility and equipment resources,and improve usage efficiency.
