Research On The Application Effect Of SPD Mode In Medical Consumables Management

In recent years,the use of medical consumables in China’s medical activities has gradually expanded.In order to solve the problem of medical consumables management and improve the fine management level of medical consumables,SPD mode was used in some hospitals.Although in these hospitals they apply the SPD mode to the management of medical consumables,most of which are in the exploration stage,so no unified operation mode has been formed,and it is unknown whether the problem of medical consumables management can be solved.Based on this background,this study takes NY Hospital as the research object.Based on the SPD model,this study redesigned the management process of medical consumables and optimized the purchase process,settlement process,acceptance warehousing process,outbound process and low-value consumables management.With reference to the relevant indicators of SPD assessment in existing research,this study preliminarily established an evaluation system for the application of SPD to medical consumables management.Through establishing the evaluation system and related statistical calculation,the comprehensive performance evaluation of SPD and the secondary index performance evaluation of SPD are given.The results of this study show that:(1)At present,the performance evaluation of the SPD mode of medical consumables management in NY Hospital is poor,which is consistent with the initial exploration and application of the SPD mode in NY Hospital.From the data level,according to the problems of medical consumables management in NY Hospital,the SPD indicator system established in this study can genuinely reflect the effectiveness of SPD application in medical consumables management.With the further deepening of the application of the SPD model in the future,this indicator system can also reveal the problems in its application to a certain extent,and explore corresponding solutions to the existing problems.(2)The effect index of applying SPD in medical consumables management in NY Hospital reflects the problems of medical consumables management in the hospital and the insufficient effectiveness of solutions.In short,NY Hospital,which is currently in the initial application stage of SPD mode,is still unable to solve the current problems in medical consumables management through SPD.(3)In view of the problems in(2),this study choses another hospital to compare the application effects of SPD in two hospitals.The result shows that the indicators constructed can still reflect the impact of SPD,and XY Hospital has achieved better results than NY Hospital because of its more in-depth application of the SPD model.This explains that the application of the NY hospital SPD mode is insufficient,so the actual improvement effect on medical consumables management is quite limited.
