Clinical Study On Fire Dragon Moxibustion Combined With Jiuxie Decoction In Treating Diarrhea Irritable Bowel Syndrome Of Spleen-Kidney Deficiency

Objective:Fire Dragon Moxibustion Combined with Jiuxie Decoction for the Treatment of Diarrhea Irritable Bowel Syndrome of Spleen-Kidney Yang Deficiency.The aim is to evaluate the clinical efficacy of Fire Dragon Moxibustion combined with Jiuxie Decoction for the treatment of diarrhea irritable bowel syndrome of Spleen and Kidney Yang deficiency Efficacy,safety,and explore its role in regulating inflammatory factors.Methods:From January 2018 to November 2019,80 patients with spleen and kidney Yang deficiency IBS-D who met the inclusion criteria were included in the outpatient and inpatient treatment in the department of spleen and stomach diseases of weifang traditional Chinese medicine hospital.The patients were randomly divided into control group and treatment group with 40 cases each.The control group was treated orally with pivibromine tablets.The treatment group was treated with fire dragon moxibustion combined with jiuxie prescription.The two groups were treated for two weeks.Patients in the treatment group and control group were observed before and after treatment TCM syndrome score,irritable bowel syndrome symptom severity scale score,and serum il-6 and il-8 of inflammatory cytokines in the two groups before and after treatment were detected.Statistical analysis using SPSS 20.0 statistical software.Results:(1)TCM syndrome score:the total TCM syndrome score of the treatment group and the control group after treatment was lower than that before treatment(P<0.01),and the total scores of TCM syndromes in the treatment group after treatment were lower than those in the control group(P<0.01).The treatment group was better than the control group in the improvement of diarrhea,abdominal distension,chills and cold limbs,soreness and weakness of waist and knee,tiredness and fatigue,and lack of food(P<0.05 or P<0.01).The control group showed no significant improvement in the symptoms of chills,cold limbs,soreness of waist and knee,and poor diet(P>0.05).In terms of the improvement of abdominal pain symptoms,the treatment group and the control group had the same effect(P>0.05).(2)IBS symptom severity scale score:the IBS-SSS scale score of the treatment group and the control group after treatment was lower than that before treatment,with a significant statistical difference(P<0.01),the score of IBS-SSS scale after treatment in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.01).(3)Serum inflammatory factors:the serum il-6 and il-8 levels of patients in the treatment group and the control group after treatment decreased compared with those before treatment(P<0.01),and the treatment group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.01).(4)Clinical efficacy:based on the comparison of efficacy of TCM syndromes,the total effective rate of the treatment group was 87.5%,and that of the control group was 65.00%,and the treatment group was better than the control group(P<0.05).Based on the efficacy comparison of IBS-SSS scale,the total effective rate was 90.00%in the treatment group and 72.50%in the control group,and the treatment group was better than the control group(P<0.05).(5)Safety:no adverse reactions occurred in either group during the treatment.Conclusion:(1)Fire dragon moxibustion combined with jiuxie prescription is more effective in treating diarrhea irritable bowel syndrome of spleen and kidney Yang deficiency than Pinaverium bromide,which can effectively improve clinical symptoms and reduce inflammation.(2)No obvious adverse reactions occurred during the treatment of fire dragon moxibustion combined with jiuxie prescription.This method is safe and feasible,and can be further applied and popularized in clinical treatment.
