Objective:To observe the changes of iron metabolism and oxidative stress related indexes in patients with acute myocardial infarction before and after operation in Xining area.To provide a theoretical basis for evaluating the treatment and prognosis of patients with acute myocardial infarction in this area.Methods: A total of 47 patients diagnosed with coronary heart disease(CHD)who received emergency PCI treatment in the Qinghai Provincial People’s Hospital from March 2020 to November 2021 were collected,and they were divided into two subgroups,37 cases in STEMI group and 10 cases in NSTEMI group,blood samples were collected before and after surgery.At the same time,24 cases patients who came the hospital for physical examination and without CHDwere selected as the non-CHD group.Collecting general patient data,laboratory tests,iron metabolism,and oxidative stress indicators.using the t-test,rank-sum test,chi-square test,and ANOVA to statistical analyse the data.Results:(1)By comparing outcomes of pre-operation in STEMI group and NSTEMI group with non-CHD group: there were significant differences in SOD,CAT,FEand GSH(P < 0.05);(2)By comparing outcomes of post-operation in STEMI group and NSTEMI group with non-CHD group: there were significant differences in SOD,FE,TIBC and GSH(P < 0.05);(3)By comparing outcomes of pre-operation and post-operation in NSTEMI group: SF,FE,SOD,CAT,MDA,IL-6,S100A12 and S100 B had statistical differences(P < 0.05);(4)By comparing outcomes of pre-operation and post-operation in STEMI group:SF,SOD,IL-6,S100A12 and S100 B showed statistically significant differences(P < 0.05);(5)By comparing difference value of pre-operation and post-operation between STEMI group and NSTEMI group:there were differences in MDA,SOD,CAT,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclution:After PCI surgical intervention in patients with acute myocardial infarction,The indexes of iron metabolism and oxidative stress in circulating blood may have certain significance in judging the occurrence and therapeutic effect of acute myocardial infarction.
