| Research objective1.Verify the scientific and clinical applicability of the nursing diagnosis theoretical framework of "disease-related symptoms and signs-health status and health-related behavior-physiological function-self-care ability-risk complications";2.Construct a diagnostic terminology system for inpatient child nursing based on theory and practice.Research methods1.A qualitative study was conducted on the nursing cases and case data of 390 hospitalized children in Grade A hospitals of Guangdong Province from September 2020 to December2021 by means of intention sampling.Content analysis was used to extract items describing children’s health problems from case data.2.Three-level coding technology was adopted to form the entry pool of nursing diagnosis terms for hospitalized children under the theoretical framework to analyze and verify the scientific nature and clinical applicability of the theoretical framework.3.Use theoretical research method to improve the classification framework of inpatient child nursing diagnostic terminology.4.Use content analysis method and term mapping method to extract relevant expressions of child nursing diagnosis or health problems from authoritative textbooks,and form a nursing diagnosis terminology system based on practical sources and theoretical sources.Research result6160 descriptive items of health problems and 126 nursing diagnostic terms were extracted from 390 hospitalized children’s nursing cases and related medical records.Theory of teaching material such as authority source term nursing diagnosis,formed based on the theory and practice of hospital nursing diagnosis in children term system,there are five core classification 30 sub-types and subordinates the term nursing diagnosis item 146,including 22 "signs and symptoms associated with disease" dimensions,47 items were "health status and health-related behaviors","function" dimension article 49,"independence" dimension article9 and 19 items were "risk complications".ConclusionThe theoretical framework of nursing diagnosis based on the five dimensions of "diseaserelated symptoms and signs-health status and health-related behavior-physiological function-self-care ability-risk complications" conforms to the clinical thinking of nurses in carrying out nursing procedures,and has scientific nature and clinical applicability.In this study,the construction process of inpatient pediatric nursing diagnostic terminology system follows the principles of international standardized nursing terminology construction methodology,and the content of the terminology system conforms to the current clinical nursing practice in China,providing standardized reference for pediatric clinical nursing records and data support for the construction of standardized nursing diagnostic terminology system. |
