Abstract/Summary:
ObjectiveSelect the high-risk population of cardiovascular disease among the employees of a large enterprise in western Inner Mongolia to understand their chronic disease prevention and control literacy level and cardiovascular disease-related lifestyle and behavior; The effect of behavioral change stage, adverse lifestyle and behavior, and objective indicators of cardiovascular disease risk factors,to explore the effect of health intervention based on cross-theoretical model on primary prevention of cardiovascular disease high-risk population.MethodsThis study is an experimental study.Convenience sampling method was used to select 130 employees with a 10-year risk of cardiovascular disease≥10%in a western Inner Mongolia enterprise who underwent physical examination in a tertiary general hospital in Wuhai City from December 2020 to March 2021 and met the admission and discharge standards.Geographical location, the research subjects belonging to the east and west factories respectively were set as the intervention group and the control group, with 65 cases in each group. From May to November2021,the control group was given routine health education intervention;the intervention group was given the corresponding health literacy intervention on the basis of routine health education based on the behavior change stage of the research subjects. In compliance with medicine, interventions were carried out from three aspects:basic knowledge and concepts, healthy lifestyle and behavior, and health skills. All selected subjects gave informed consent and voluntarily participated in this study. Before and after the intervention, the research subjects were surveyed on the level of chronic disease prevention and treatment, the stage of healthy behavior change, and the judgment of unhealthy lifestyle and behavior, and the primary prevention effect was analyzed according to the comparison of objective indicators of cardiovascular disease risk factors in the two groups after 6 months of intervention..When the data was finally collected,6 samples were lost in the intervention group and5 in the control group. There was no significant difference in the loss to follow-up rate between the two groups, and the effective recovery rate was 91.5%.The collected data were sorted out,a database was established, and descriptive analysis,t test,χ~2test,etc.were carried out.Results(1)When the final data was collected,6 samples were lost in the intervention group and 5 in the control group, with a final sample size of 119.(2)No significant differences in sociodemographic data between the two groups, chronic disease prevention and treatment literacy level, cardiovascular disease-related health behavior change stage, unhealthy lifestyle and behavior holdings, and objective indicators of risk factors between the two groups before intervention(P>0.05),the two groups were comparable.(3)Changes in the level of chronic disease prevention and treatment literacy:After the intervention, there was a statistically significant difference between the intervention group and the control group in the level of chronic disease prevention and control literacy and its three aspects of literacy(P<0.05).(4)Changes in the stage of behavioral change:There was a statistically significant difference in the behavioral change stage of reasonable diet and exercise between the two groups after 3 months and 6 months of intervention(P<0.05);smoking cessation and alcohol restriction between the two groups Compared with the behavior change stage of compliance medicine after 6 months of intervention, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).(5)Changes in the possession of unhealthy lifestyles and behaviors:After the intervention, each item of the possessions of unhealthy lifestyles and behaviors(irrational diet, lack of exercise, smoking, and drinking)of the subjects in the intervention group improved, and two of them improved.Group comparison, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).(6)Changes in objective indicators of cardiovascular disease risk factors:After intervention, blood pressure, total cholesterol, triglyceride, fasting blood glucose and body mass index indicators in the two groups were improved. The above objective indicators of the two groups were compared. For comparison, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion(1)Compared with conventional health education, health literacy intervention based on cross-theoretical models can significantly improve the level of chronic disease prevention and treatment in high-risk groups of cardiovascular disease, promote changes in healthy behavior stages, improve unhealthy lifestyles and behaviors, and reduce the risk of cardiovascular disease. Objective indicators of factors to improve primary prevention effect.(2)The health literacy intervention plan based on the cross-theoretical model analyzes and judges the behavior change stage of the high-risk population of cardiovascular disease, and according to the judgment results, gives the research subjects the health literacy intervention at the corresponding stage, which is more practical than the conventional health education intervention.and feasibility.
