Objective: By using the form of questionnaire survey,we can count the proportion of the six meridians syndrome in different ages and stages of the disease, summarize the common syndrome types and treatment schemes, and explore the internal pathogenesis, pathogenesis and experience of TCM syndrome differentiation and treatment schemes,so as to provide a new idea for TCM syndrome differentiation and treatment of the disease. Methods: A questionnaire was made, data were collected, and the main symptoms of six meridians of typhoid fever were collected. The distribution and characteristics of symptoms were evaluated.According to the case data, the diagnosis of depression was made, and the diagnosis of Syndrome of six meridians decoction was made based on differentiation system of Treatise on Febrile Diseases. The proportion of Syndrome of six meridians of this di sease in different ages and stages was counted, and then the common syndromes were summarized. The internal pathogenesis and regularity of TCM were discussed, and the treatment experience was summarized. Results: 1.A total of 260 eligible cases were included in this study, including 173 females and 87 males, with the ratio of male to female being about 1:1.99.There are 23 cases in the juvenile group(low then 18),76 cases in the youth group(19-35),121 cases in the middle-aged group(36-60)and 40 cases in the elderly group(over 60).2.Among the selected cases,Shaoyang disease is the most common disease, followed by Shaoyin disease,Taiyang disease,Taiyin disease,Jueyin disease and Yangming disease.Specifically,Xiaochaihu decoction syndrome is the majority, followed by Fuzi decoction syndrome, followed by Xiaojianzhong decoction syndrome,Chaihu Guizhi decoction syndrome,Banxia Xiexin decoction syndrome and Lizhong decoction syndrome.Patients with a course of disease within one year are mainly shaoyang disease, with Xiaochaihu decoction syndrome accounting for the highest proportion;Patients with a course of 1-3 years are mostly shaoyang disease, followed by Taiyin disease and Taiyang disease, with Xiaochaihu decoction syndrome being the highest, followed by Xiaojianzhong decoction syndrome;Patients with3-5 years’ disease course are mostly shaoyin disease, followed by shaoyang disease and Taiyin disease, with Fuzi Decoction syndrome accounting for the highest proportion;Patients with a disease course of more than 5 years are mostly Shaoyin disease, and Fuzi Decoction syndrome accounts for the highest proportion. Conclusion: 1.In this study, the prevalence of this disease in women is higher than that in men,and the patients’ ages are concentrated in 36-60 years, and the course of disease is concentrated in 1-3 years.2.Shaoyang disease is the disease of six meridians with the highest frequency, followed by Shaoyin disease,Taiyang disease,Taiyin disease,Jueyin disease and Yangming disease.Specifically, most of the decoction syndromes are Xiaochaihu decoction, followed by Fuzi decoction, followed by Xiaojianzhong decoction,Chaihu Guizhi decoction,Banxia Xiexin decoction and Lizhong decoction.3.There is no significant correlation between the disease of six meridians and the sex,age and occupation of patients. At the beginning of this disease, shaoyang disease is the main disease. With the progress of the disease course, the proportion of Taiyin disease and Taiyang disease increases, and shaoyin disease is the main disease in the later period. At the beginning of the disease, the syndrome of Xiaochaihu Decoction was the main symptom. With the progress of the disease, the syndrome of Bupleurum Guizhi Decoction and Xiaojianzhong Decoction gradually increased, and the syndrome of Fuzi Decoction was the main symptom in the later stage.4.The main pathogenesis of depression is unfavorable cardinal, unfavorable shaoyang cardinal, unfavorable shaoyin cardinal, uneasy monarch, bad water and fire, and mixed deficiency and excess. The early disease is marked by three yang, mainly by shaoyang cardinal, which affects yingwei qi and blood. In the later stage,it is based on three yin, mainly by shaoyin cardinal, and the spleen and stomach triple energizer is damaged, and the heart and kidney are not in harmony. As the course of disease is prolonged,it becomes obvious from excess to deficiency.
