Zhang Zhongjing's Literature Research On The Treatment Of Depression

Objectives:To study ancient works of etiology and pathogenesis and treatment of depression related records,in order to understand the ancient physicians understanding of the disease.From on Febrile Diseases and Synopsis of Golden Chamber to find out the accord with depression symptoms in the original relevant records to analyze zhang zhongjing evidence rule for depression.at the same time,by the journal of modern literature in order to understand the modern doctors on the etiology and pathogenesis of depression syndrome differentiation type points associated with prescription medication.On the other hand,through a comprehensive collection of modern doctors use ZhongJingFang’s journal literature in the treatment of depression,to analysis respectively hope to ZhongJing Fang treating depression of the theory and medicine related to know better.Objectives:This study firstly collected from January 1,1986 to December 31,2016,modern medical use of zhang zhongjing’s literature reported in the differentiation and treatment of depression,after the inclusion of the standard as a basic research object,the name of the prescription in the medical case,the description of symptoms,the name of traditional Chinese medicine and other information to regulate and set up a database,the research content mainly includes two aspects,one is for the use of statistical parties frequency and the tongue pulse condition as well as common flavored drug usage.Second,based on the inheritance of traditional Chinese medicine for the auxiliary system,analysis of the usage of commonly used drugs in treating depression,and through the analysis of the rules and entropy clustering analysis to get a new prescription.Result:Clinical observation of the literature,including 19 Zhongjing prescription,combined with 76 literature,the cumulative number of samples reached 3392 cases,mainly related to Gan Mai Dazao Tang,Baihe Dihuang Tang,Xiao Chai Hu Tang and other prescription.In terms of treatment,Combined with acupuncture or other prescriptions,combined with Western medicine antidepressant drugs are more common,which to Xiaoyaosan and other prescription treatment is more extensive.In terms of type of treatment,to other diseases induced by depression-based,overall,depression after stroke,senile depression,postpartum depression,menopausal depression is common..A total of 34 prescriptions were included in the case study.The total number of documents was 108.Sex ratio male to female 1:2.6,high incidence of the age of 41-50 years old.The total number of symptoms of 38,the total symptoms of 711 times,the average symptoms of 18.71,there are 11 common symptoms of depression:Depression,insomnia/sleep difference,anorexia,upset,irritability,chest tightness stuffy,tired,dry mouth,dry stool,mouth pain,palpitations.The use of prescription frequency from large to small cumulative to 90%,get ten prescription as follows:Gan Mai Dazao Tang,Baihe Dihuang Tang,Chaihu Guizhi Tang,Xiao Chai Hu Tang,Suanzaoren Tang,Chaihu jia Longgu Muli Tang,Sini San,Banxia Houpu Decoction,Zhizichi Tang,Huang Lian Ejiao Tang.A total of 159 use of traditional Chinese medicine,which use the frequency of not less than 10 times 38 flavor,in addition to licorice,jujube,the frequency of use of Bupleurum is the highest;Drug four gas analysis,get the temperature of Chinese medicine frequency of 416 times,the highest,the highest frequency of Sweet taste,the spleen for the most.Applying association rule mining method,set the number of support for 21,the confidence of 0.6,a total of 50 data,including 14 Chinese medicine taste,a total of 82 rules;Based on the analysis of the correlation between drugs,according to the correlation and punishment degree,according to the entropy clustering analysis,three new ones were excavated,That is,dried tangerine peel-Citrus aurantium-Shichangpu-peach kernel-turmeric,Codonopsis-ginger-Guizhi-gardenia,angelica-Chuanxiong-mulberry white-Alisma.Conclusion:In the course of these prescriptions used in the treatment of depression,is also in accordance with its own pathogenesis and use,there is evidence that the party is available.Among the cases used in the above prescriptions,the symptoms of the parties,the corresponding tongue and pulse,as well as in the parties on the basis of the commonly used flavoring drugs,These are with the agents of the pathogenesis is fit,fully embodies the modern Chinese medicine scholars in the use of Zhongjing side of the process,follow the Zhongjing syndrome differentiation principles.
