Analysis On The Difference Of The Curative Effect Of Yang Xin Zhi Ji Prescription In The Treatment Of Left And Right Ventricular Outflow Tract PVC(Deficiency Of Both Qi And Yin)

Objective: To observe whether there is difference between Yang Xin Zhi JI Prescrition in the treatment of PVC origin of left and right ventricular outflow tract.Methods: 161 patients with PVC of outflow tract origin meeting the standard were divided into LVOT group and RVOT group(56 cases of LVOT group and 105 cases of RVOT group).They were all given Yang Xin Zhi Ji prescription orally,the treatment period was 4weeks.The number of PVC of the two groups before and after treatment and the scores of TCM were recorded and compared.Result:1.Indicators of western medicine:(1)Total effective rate of PVC: There were 56 patients in the LVOT group,of which the number of outstanding,effective and invalid cases were 25,27 and 4,and the total effective rate was 92.86%.In the RVOT group,there were 105 patients,of which the number of outstanding,effective and invalid cases were 47,50 and 8,and the total effective rate was 92.38%,P= 0.986> 0.05,there was no statistical difference.(2)Number of PVCs: After treatment,the number of PVCs in both LVOT group and RVOT group was significantly decreased.The number of PVCs in the two groups after treatment was compared between the two groups,P=0.177 BBB 0 0.05,showing no statistical difference.2.TCM syndrome scores:(1)TCM syndrome score: Compared with before treatment,scores of LVOT group and RVOT group after treatment were significantly decreased,and symptoms were significantly improved(P < 0.05).Compared with the post-treatment integral of the LVOT group and the RVOT group,P= 0.188> 0.05,there was no statistical difference between the two groups.(2)Therapeutic effect of TCM syndromes: 4 weeks of treatment,the total effective rate of the LVOT group was 96.43%,and the total effective rate of the RVOT group was97.14%.Compared with the total scores after the treatment,p= 0.118> 0.05,no statistical difference.(3)Single integral of TCM: After treatment,the single integral of LVOT group and RVOT group were significantly decreased compared with before treatment,P < 0.05.After treatment,there was no significant difference in the symptom scores between the LVOT group and the RVOT group,P > 0.05(palpitation P=0.706,shortness of breath P=0.606,chest tightness P=0.089,fatigue P=0.404,spontaneous and night sweats P=0.307,dry mouth P=0.934,insomnia P=0.223,dysphoria with smothery sensation P=0.769).(4)TCM single integral effect: After the treatment of the LVOT group and the RVOT group,the single component effective rate of TCM was compared,P >0.05,and there was no statistical difference(palpitation P=0.198,shortness of breath P=1.000,chest tightness P=0.460,fatigue P=0.112,spontaneous and night sweats P=0.782,dry mouth P=0.964,insomnia P=0.789,dysphoria with smothery sensation P=0.948).Conclusion:1.Yang Xin Zhi JI Prescription can effectively reduce the number of PVCs in patients with LVOT origin and RVOT origin,and the effect was significant.There was no difference in the total effective rate and the number of PVCs between the two groups.2.Yang Xin Zhi JI Prescription could effectively reduce TCM syndrome scores and individual scores of patients with LVOT origin and RVOT origin PVCs,and there was no difference between the two groups.
