Abstract/Summary:
Lumbar disc herniation(LDH)is a common orthopaedic disease.Although TCM fumigation in the treatment of LDH has a significant effect,the coupled treatment factors make its model analysis still in the exploratory stage.As an important part of traditional medicine,traditional Chinese medicine fumigation is effective in treating LDH.It can not only improve the pain symptoms of LDH patients,strengthen the automatic congestion and phagocytosis of organisms,stimulate the growth and regeneration of cells,but also is economical and safe.Aiming at this problem,this paper uses the whale algorithm to optimize the echo network to improve the temperature field to model and analyze the process of TCM fumigation treatment,and to clarify the thermal mechanism of LDH,TCM fumigation treatment based on clinical diagnosis and treatment experience.In response to this problem,this paper models the process of TCM fumigation through the temperature field,uses the whale algorithm to optimize the echo network to analyze the fumigation data,and designs and develops the TCM fumigation temperature control system.The completed work is as follows:Firstly,through the inquiry of a large number of documents and materials,the research background and significance of this topic are summarized,the current research status of TCM fumigation heat field is expounded,and the research objectives and content of this topic are clarified;secondly,the heat transfer of TCM fumigation is analyzed.In the physical process,a two-dimensional temperature field reconstruction algorithm is proposed,and the infrared thermal imager is used to measure the temperature distribution in the fumigation chamber area,and the temperature is analyzed and processed by the ill-posed equation,and the two-dimensional crosssectional temperature distribution map of the fumigation chamber is established through the COMSOL software platform;using the echo network to analyze the clinical data such as the external environment temperature,fumigation agent,patient signs,the efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine fumigation and other clinical data,and optimize the echo network model through the whale algorithm;The flow field velocity,the isotherm distribution inside the cabin,and the temperature change of the back of the human body are simulated and analyzed,and the TCM fumigation heat mechanism model is analyzed through the coupled simulation of the flow field and temperature field inside the fumigation cabin from 0 to 40 minutes;finally,through the built simulation experiment platform,and the two-dimensional temperature field modeling of clinical real-time data provides a theoretical basis for the treatment mechanism of traditional Chinese medicine fumigation in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation.
