Objective : The clinical efficacy of electrothermal acupuncture in the treatment of limb spasms after stroke was observed by comparison with ordinary acupuncture therapy.According to the four aspects of the patient’s limb spasm grade, limb motor function, daily living ability and overall effectiveness, the body spasm after stroke was evaluated by electric heat injection, and the efficacy of electric heat injection treatment and conventional acupuncture treatment on increased limb muscle tone after stroke was observed and evaluated. It is trying to explore the optimal treatment plan to provide a theoretical basis for the clinical treatment of increased muscle tone in stroke in the future. Methods: In this clinical experimental study,64 patients with post-stroke spastic paralysis who met the inclusion criteria in the inpatient department of acupuncture of Heilongjiang Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were randomized controlled trials, and on the basis of conventional basic drug treatment and Western medicine rehabilitation training,an electric hot needle group and an ordinary acupuncture group were set up,with 32 cases each.On the basis of conventional drug therapy, the hot needle group was treated with electrothermal acupuncture therapy, and the control group was treated with ordinary acupuncture therapy.Leave the needle for 30 minutes, once a day, except sundays, and 1 course of treatment for 4 weeks. The two groups of patients were evaluated on the Modified Ashworth Spastic Ity Scale(MAS),the Simplified Fuel-Meyer Motor Function Subscale(FMA),and the Revised Barthel Index Scale(MBI)before and after treatment, and their total effective rate was determined based on the changes in muscle tone grading before and after the Modified Ashworth Spastic Ity Scale(MAS).The improvement of the degree of limb spasm, limb motor function, and daily living ability of the patients wasResults:(1)Baseline comparison: The comparison of the general situation(sex, age, course, stroke type, and type of combined underlying disease)between the hot injection group and the control group before treatment was not statistically significant(P>0.05)(2)There was no statistically significant difference in the comparison of the MAS score,FMA score and MBI score before treatment between the two groups(P>0.05)(3)(1)The MAS evaluation scores of the two groups after treatment were significantly lower than before treatment. The FMA score and MBI index score were significantly higher than before treatment(P<0.05)(2)The hot needle group was significantly better than the control group in terms of improving the degree of spasticity, limb motor function and daily living ability of patients with spastic paralysis after stroke, and the difference was statistically significant(p<0.05)(3)After the completion of treatment, the hot needle group showed effect in 12 cases,16 cases were effective,2 cases were ineffective, the total effective rate was 93.3%,the control group showed 3 cases,18 cases were effective,9 cases were ineffective, and the effective rate was 70.0%,and the total effective rate of the hot needle group was significantly higher than that of the control group, and the order and test analysis was statistically significant(p<0.05Conclusion:(1)Both electrothermal acupuncture therapy and ordinary acupuncture therapy can alleviate the degree of limb spasm in patients after stroke, reduce muscle tone, and the clinical efficacy of electrothermal acupuncture in short-term treatment(1 month)is significantly better than that of ordinary acupuncture.(2)Both electrothermal acupuncture therapy and ordinary acupuncture therapy can improve the patient’s limb mobility, and compared with ordinary acupuncture, electrothermal acupuncture is more significant.(3)Both electrothermal acupuncture therapy and ordinary acupuncture therapy can improve the patient’s daily living ability, but the effect of the electrothermal acupuncture group is better... |
