And observe its clinical curative effect. This study probes into explore the new rule and ideas for the spastic hemiplegic paralysis patients after brain strokeMethodsDuiring the period of2012/03to2013/03. we selected60migraine patients who accepted treatment in mingshi hospital, randomly divided the cases into a treatment group and a control group, with30cases in each group. The treatment group treated with Yin meridians acupoints combined with reducing rotating needles, while the control group accepted with normal acupuncture method. Patients received30minutes of treatment,5times per week,10times for a course of treatment, and there was two course, and then recorded the Ashworth classification, CSI scores and PRO scores. Then the therapeutic effect had been compared.ResultsThis study designed a randomized, controlled trial. There were60eligible subjects, and each group30cases. both groups of patients in sex, age and so on basic situation aspect comparison, difference non-statistics significance, P>0.05.1. According to the Ashworth classification, the two groups before treatmen had no significant difference (P>0.05). After the treatment, the Ashworth classification of the two groups were changed. And the difference was significant (p<0.05). The result showed that the treatment group treated with Yin meridians acupoints combined with reducing rotating needles was more effective than the normal acupuncture treatment in chaging the Ashworth classification.2. According to the CSI scores, the two groups before treatmen had no significant difference (P>0.05). After the treatment, the tendon reflex scores, the muscular tension scores and the clonus scores were decresed in both groups. And the difference was significant (P<0.05). The treatment group treated with Yin meridians acupoints combined with reducing rotating needles was more effective than the normal acupuncture treatment in decreasing the CSI.3. According to the PRO scores, the two groups before treatmen had no significant difference (P>0.05). After the treatment, the PRO scores of the two groups were decreased. And the difference was significant (P<0.05). the result showed tha the therapy of Yin meridians acupoints combined with reducing rotating needles was superior to the normal acupuncture treatment in decreasing the PRO scores.4. The clinical efficacy comparesion, in treatment group, the markedly effective was15cases, effective9cases, meliorative2cases, inefficacy4cases, the effective rate was86.7%, while in control group, markedly effective was8cases, effective80cases, meliorative8cases, inefficacy6cases, the effective rate was80.0%, the curative effect of the treatment group was better than others (P<0.05).ConelusionThe resultset showed that, the therapy of Yin meridians acupoints combined with reducing rotating needles was significantly improved the Ashworth classification, decreased the CSI scores and PRO scores of the spastic hemiplegic paralysis patients after brain stroke.
