Clinical Observation Ofearly Renal Modified Qiju Dihuang Decoction In The Treatment Of Hypertensive Renal Damage With Liver And Kidney Yin Deficiency

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Jiawei Qiju Dihuang Decoction in the treatment of early renal damage in patients with hypertension of liver and kidney yin deficiency type,and to explore its effectiveness and safety,so as to provide an effective treatment plan for Jiawei Qiju Dihuang Decoction in the treatment of early renal damage in hypertension.Methods:In this study,patients with early renal damage of hypertension with liver-kidney yin deficiency who met the inclusion criteria were selected and randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group according to the order before and after treatment,with 30 cases in each group.On the basis of treatment,the control group was treated with Liuwei Dihuang pills,and the treatment group was treated with modified Qiju Dihuang decoction.The course of treatment was 8 weeks.The changes of blood pressure,clinical symptoms,urinary albumin,urinary β2 microglobulin,serum cystatin C,renal function(BUN,Scr)and other efficacy indicators and safety indicators before and after treatment were observed in the two groups.Results:1.Two groups of patients before treatment in the general information,TCM syndrome score and the observation index difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05),comparable.2.Comparing the total effective rate of blood pressure after treatment,P>0.05,the difference is comparable.There were significant differences in SBP and DBP between the two groups after PSBP treatment<0.01,PDBP treatment<0.05.There was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.01).The results showed that the treatment group in patients with blood pressure(SBP,DBP)was higher than the control group,The total effective rate was 93.30%.3.The total score of symptoms after treatment,P treatment group<0.01,P control group<0.01,two groups have significant differences;there was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.01),and the total symptom score of the treatment group was significantly effective.After treatment,the total effective rate of the treatment group(93.30%)was significantly higher than that of the control group(67.70%)(P<0.05).4.After treatment,the four main symptoms and five secondary symptoms in the treatment group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).5.After treatment,the m ALB of the patients was tested by X2 test P<0.05,and the curative effects between the two groups were different.The total effective rate of improving m ALB in the treatment group(90.00%)was significantly better than that in the control group(66.70%).There was significant difference in the same period between the two groups(P<0.01),and the treatment group was more significant in reducing urinary m ALB.6.After treatment,the difference in urinary β2 microglobulin between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the treatment group(93.30%)was significantly higher than that of the control group(70.00%).There was significant difference between the two groups in the same period(P<0.01),and the treatment group was more significant in the decrease of urinary β2-MG.7.Serum cystatin C after treatment by chi-square test P<0.05,statistically significant.The total effective rate of the treatment group(90.00%)was better than that of the control group(66.70%).There was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.01).After treatment,the CysC level of the treatment group was significantly lower than that of the control group.8.The total effective rate of renal function(BUN,Scr)in the treatment group(90.00%)was significantly higher than that in the control group(63.30%).9.General vital signs of the two groups of patients;there was no significant change in liver function,blood routine,urine routine and ECG examination before and after treatment.Conclusion:1.Jiawei Qiju Dihuang Decoction can effectively reduce the blood pressure of hypertensive patients with early renal damage of liver and kidney yin deficiency type.2.Jiawei Qiju Dihuang Decoction for the dialectical treatment of liver and kidney Yin deficiency type hypertension patients with early renal damage in traditional Chinese medicine symptoms have obvious curative effect,improve the quality of life.3.Modified Qiju Dihuang Decoction can effectively control m ALB,urinary β2-MG,CysC,BUN and Scr in patients with early renal damage of hypertension with liver and kidney yin deficiency,delay renal function damage,thereby protecting renal function and delaying the development of the disease.
