Clip Ridge Of Chiropractor Electroacupuncture Therapy In The Treatment Of Posterior Circulation Ischemic Vertigo

Objective:To study the clinical effect of Chiropractor electroacupu-ncture therapy on vertigo resulting from posterior circulation ischemia(PCIV)patient.To investigate the clinical significance of the Chiropractor electroacupu-ncture therapy from posterior circulation ischemia vertigo(PCIV),to provide basis for the clinical treatment.Methods:60 with TCM diagnosis is vertigo,western medicine is dia-gnosed as PCIV patient were randomly divided into two groups according to the computer random number generating method,namely 30 of control group(treated by flunarizine hydrochloride),30 of treatment group(treat-ed by Chirothactor electroacupuncture therapy).A course of treatment for treatment group(treated by Chirothactor electroacupuncture therapy)was Once a day,for 5 days of rest 2 days,10 times for a course of treatment.The course of treatment for control group(treated by flunarizine hydroch-loride)was flunarizine hydrochloride capsules orally,every night before going to bed,period of treatment for 2 weeks,and to stop trea-tment after 4 weeks follow-up.Two groups were tested TCM syndrome scale,MOS SF-36 scale were before and after the treatment.Results:According to the overall efficacy evaluation standard,the total effective rate of the two groups was 96.67%,the total effective rate of the control group was 80.00%,the total effective rate of the treatment group was93.33%,and the total effective rate of the control group was 83.33%.After statistical analysis,the total efficacy of the two groups was significantly different(P < 0.05),the total effective rate of the treatment group was better than that of the control group after treatment,and the effective rate of the two groups was significantly different(P <0.05).TCM syndrome scale were decreased remarkably after the treatm-ent of two groups(P<0.01),while the treatment group was superior lower to control group either after the treatment and follow-up period(P<0.01,P<0.05).It was indicate that that patients with vertigo onset,the frequ-ency of vertigo and the duration of vertigo were significantly better than the oral medication group,which indicated that the treatment group could significantly improve the symptoms of ischemic vertigo.Nine health concepts of the treatment group were higher than the control group after the treatment(P<0.01,P<0.05).It is indicate that that quality of treatment for the treatment group is superior to that of the control group,and the group of Chirothactor electroacupuncture therapy is significant in improve the quality of the patients.Conclusion:Clip ridge of Chiropractor electroacupuncture therapy for posterior circulation ischemic vertigo patients in the near future and the forward curative effect is better than that of oral flunarizine hydrochloride capsules treatment,can significantly improve the symptoms of PCIV,improve patient life quality,make long-term benefit for PCIV patients,is a kind of exact and effective method in the clinical treatment of posterior circulation ischemic vertigo.
