| Objective:The purpose of the experiment is to explore the clinical effect of Yishen Wendan Decoction on children with neurogenetic urination(kidney deficiency,damp and heat type),and to explore a new idea of "Elimination of pathogens through purgation and diuresis" method in the treatment of children with neurogenetic urination(kidney deficiency,damp and heat type).Methods:We selected 72 children who corresponds with the diagnostic criteria.They are from pediatric outpatient clinic of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of traditional Chinese medicine.By using the method of random number table,the 72 children were divided into treatment group and control group,with 36 cases in each group.The treatment group was given the University tutor’s self-made traditional Chinese medicine Yishen Wendan Decoction,and the control group was given the Liuwei Dihuang pill.The treatment course was 2 weeks.The total effective rate of the two groups of children after 2 weeks of treatment,the changes of symptom scores of main and secondary symptoms before and after treatment were observed.And the statistical data were analyzed by statistical software SPSS25.0.Results:1.The analysis of general conditions: After chi-square test,t-test and non-parametric test,there was no noticeable difference in gender,age,course of disease and severity of illness between the two groups of children(P>0.05),and the two groups were comparable.2.Evaluation of clinical efficacy results: After two weeks of treatment,the total effective rate of the treatment group was 93.94%,and that of the control group was 85.29%.After non-parametric test,which shows that the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the clinical efficacy of the treatment group is better.3.Comparison within the group after treatment: The difference between the two groups in the main symptom scores(frequent urination,urgency),minor symptom scores(yellow and turbid urine,mental distress,thirst and less drinking,fidgety,hand and foot fever),and total scores was statistically significant(P<0.05),indicating that the two groups therapeutic schedule are effective for children with neurogenetic urination(kidney deficiency,damp and heat type).)Both the main symptoms and the secondary symptoms can improve.4.Comparison between groups after treatment: In terms of the primary symptoms(frequent urination and urgency),secondary symptoms(yellow and turbid urine,mental distress,thirst and less drinking,fidgety,hand and foot fever),the differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05)in terms of frequent urination and urgency,indicating that the treatment group was more effective than the control group in improving frequent urination,urgency,yellow and turbid urine,mental distress,thirst and less drinking,fidgety,hand and foot fever.5.Comparison of recurrence rate: The recurrence rate of the experimental group was 3.23%,and the recurrence rate of the control group was 27.59%.The showed that the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).It shows that the recurrence rate in the treatment group is significantly lower than that in the control group.This shows that the treatment group therapy has better long-term efficacy in the treatment of neurologic urinary frequency in children.Conclusions:1.Yishen Wendan Decoction is effective in the treatment of childre n with neurotic frequent urination(kidney deficiency dampness-heat type),and is superior to Liuwei Dihuang pill.2.Yishen Wendan Decoction is better than Liuwei Dihuang Pill in the treatment of children with neurotic frequent urination(kidney deficienc y dampness-heat type)in the main symptoms(frequent urination,urgent urination)and secondary symptoms(yellow,turbid urine,mental distress,thirst and less drinking,fidgety,hand and foot fever).3.Yishen Wendan Decoction is superior to Liuwei Dihua ng Pill in reducing the recurrence rate of children’s neurotic frequent urination(kidney deficiency dampness-heat type). |
