Cinical Observation Of Chaigui Wendan Decoction In The Treatment Of Children With Neurogenic Urination(Liver Depression And Spleen Deficiency)

Objective: This study observes and evaluates the efficacy of the treatment of Chaigui Wendan Decoction on NU who is Liver depression and spleen deficiency.And the study broaden the idea and method on treating NU.Methods: 60 children from 4-14 years old who were diagnosed with NU and be in line with the inclusion criteria were selected as the research subjects in the Pediatric Outpatient Department of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of Traditional Chinese Medicine.The 60 cases were divided into the test group and control group on average by random number table method.The test group was given Chaigui Wendan Decoction orally,and the control group was given Xiaoyao Pills.After treating 14 days,this study observes the changes of symptoms and signs of the two groups of children,and analyze their clinical efficacy,it also observes whether there are adverse reactions during the treatment,follow up the relapse of the children after 3 months of treatment,and count the recurrence rate.Results:1.After chi-square test and rank sum test,the age,sex and severity of the two groups of children,there is no significant difference and it is comparable(P>0.05).2.Total rate analysis: The study compared with the total effective rates of the two groups,the test group with the total effective rate of 93.10% was higher than that of the control group which was 78.57%.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),this shows that the prescription has advantages in treating this disease.3.Comparison of symptom scores: Comparison within the group after treatment: The main symptom scores(frequency of urination,urgency),minor symptom scores and total scores of the two groups were statistically significant compared with those before and after treatment(P<0.05),the treatment can improve the symptoms of this disease.Comparison between groups after treatment: The main symptom score(urinary frequency,urgency),minor symptom score and total score of the test group were compared with the control group,and difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),the improvement degree of the test group was better than those of control group,indicating that the efficacy in treatment group is better than that inthe control group.4.Comparison of relapse rate: The relapse rate of the test group was 3.70%,and relapse rate of the control group was 31.82%,The follow-up recurrence rate of the test group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant by the chi-square test(P<0.05).Conclusions:1.Chaigui Wendan Decoction can effectively improve the clinical symptoms and signs of NU(Liver depression and spleen deficiency type)in children,which has good curative effect and was better than Xiaoyao Pills.2.Chaigui Wendan Decoction can effectively improve the recurrence rate of NU(Liver depression and spleen deficiency type),and there are no adverse reactions during the treatment.
