Professor Sang Xisheng’ The Clinical Experience Of Diarrhea Irritable Bowel Syndrome

Objective:To collect and collate the case data of Professor Sang Xisheng in the treatment of diarrhea-predominant irritable bowel syndrome from September2019 to January 2022,select the cases that meet the inclusion criteria,carry out data mining and statistical analysis in all aspects,and elaborate the clinical experience and medication rules of Professor Sang Xisheng in the treatment of diarrhea-predominant irritable bowel syndrome combined with the theory of traditional Chinese medicine.Methods:A retrospective analysis study method was used to collect 168 cases of diarrhea-predominant irritable bowel syndrome treated by Professor Sang Xisheng who met the inclusion criteria.The gender,TCM syndrome,symptoms,tongue and pulse,and medication rules of patients were analyzed by using the ancient and modern TCM inheritance support platform.Results:1.Among the 168 patients with diarrhea-predominant irritable bowel syndrome,the number of female was slightly more than that of male,accounting for 51.19 % of female and 48.81 % of male.2.Analysis of TCM syndromes: Liver depression and spleen deficiency syndrome is the most common in the pathogenesis,accounting for nearly42.26 %,followed by spleen deficiency and kidney yang deficiency syndrome,spleen and stomach damp heat syndrome,cold and heat mixed syndrome.3.Symptom analysis: There are 79 symptom categories,among which abdominal pain is diarrhea,pain is reduced after diarrhea,and abdominal distension are the three most frequent symptoms.4.Tongue and pulse analysis: the most common tongue appearance is pale red tongue,moss thin white;pulses appear most in string and thin pulse.5.Drug analysis: the highest frequency of tonifying deficiency,diuresis,promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis,regulating qi;the three herbs with the highest drug frequency were fried Paeoniae Radix Alba,Angelicae Sinensis Radix and Chuanxiong Rhizoma in turn;the most frequent occurrence of drug taste is sweet taste;most of the drugs belong to the spleen meridian and liver meridian.Conclusion:1.Professor Sang Xisheng believes that the location of diarrhea-predominant irritable bowel syndrome is Qi of the large intestine,which may involve blood;disease because of emotional disharmony,evil invasion,improper diet,congenital lack of endowment,lack of large intestine Yang;the core pathogenesis is disharmony between qi and blood,water failing.2.Professor Sang Xisheng in the treatment of drug selection rules,more choice of spleen meridian,liver meridian,nature temperature,sweet medicine,the overall emphasis on cold and warm use,and takes peace as the priority.3.Based on the overall treatment idea of disease as the key link and syndrome differentiation and treatment,Professor formulated the core treatment method of regulating qi and promoting blood circulation to remove water according to the core pathogenesis of the disease.In line with the characteristics of large intestine,Danggui Shaoyao Powder was selected as the core prescription for the treatment of the disease.On this basis,combined with the corresponding syndromes and symptoms,syndrome differentiation and symptomatic treatment.
