Shenling Baizhu Powder On Diarrhea Predominant Irritable Bowel Syndrome(Pi Xu Shi Sheng) Effects Of T Lymphocyte Subsets In Patients With

Purpose: The purpose of this study is the use of "replenishing qi to invigorate the spleen,dampness diarrhea" method, the application of traditional ancient Shenlingbaizhu powder oral in the treatment of diarrhea predominant irritable bowel syndrome(spleen wet Sheng) patients,to observe its effect on the immune system of modern medicine, provide objective data support for the clinical application of Shenling Baizhu powder, and the observation of Shenlingbaizhu powder the treatment of diarrhea predominant irritable bowel syndrome(spleen wet Sheng) in patients with clinical efficacy.Method: All the patients from outpatient department and liver spleen and stomach treatment area of Affiliated Hospital of Changchun University of Traditional Chinese Medicine, and all met the clinical diagnosis of diarrhea type irritable bowel syndrome, and signed informed consent. This study used a randomized method, the selected patients were randomly divided into 2 groups, 36 cases in the treatment group, 36 cases in the control group,in clinical observation process may be sample loss, so to increase the number of 20% samples in 60 cases on the basis of. The treatment group used Shenlingbaizhu powder of traditional Chinese medicine decoction, the control group was given bifido. Continuous administration of4 weeks as 1 course of treatment, observation of 1 courses, in the course of treatment to closely observe and record the main symptoms integral of two groups of patients, and the difference in change detection of peripheral blood T lymphocyte subsets distribution was recorded before and after treatment, and statistical analysis and evaluation.Result: 1. the two group and the contrast group before treatment, peripheral blood CD8+ were decreased, CD3+, CD4+, the percentage of CD4+ / CD8+ ratio were increased, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01); 2.the two groups before treatment, peripheral blood CD3+, CD4+, CD8+ and the percentage of CD4+ / CD8+ratio were not statistically different(P>0.05), but after treatment, peripheral blood CD3+, CD4+ and the percentage of CD4+ / CD8+ ratio, traditional Chinese medicine group compared with western medicine groupchanged significantly, with statistical significance(P<0.01); the 3.the two groups after treatment the symptom integral and the total integral than before treatment significantly decreased, the difference was significant(P<0.01);4.after the treatment of abdominal pain attack frequency, stool frequency, stool and the total scores of symptoms, Chinese medicine treatment group was lower than that of Western medicine in the treatment group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05); traditional Chinese medicine treatment group 5, treatment of diarrhea predominant irritable bowelsyndrome(spleen wet Sheng) patients, markedly effective rate(cure + markedly effective)80.56%, the total effective rate was 97.2%; the western medicine treatment group in treatment of diarrhea type irritable bowel syndrome(spleen wet Sheng) patients, markedly effective rate(cure + markedly effective rate) was 61.11%, the total effective rate was 80.56%; there was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05.).Conclusion: Low immune function and immune function disorder exists in patients with L, D-IBS, T lymphocyte subsets of peripheral blood in diarrhea predominant irritable bowel syndrome(spleen wet Sheng) in the pathogenesis of; 2, the diarrhea type irritable bowel syndrome(spleen wet Sheng) patients treated with Shenling Baizhu powder after treatment symptom score, total symptom scores were significantly reduced, the peripheral blood CD8+ levels decreased significantly, CD3+, CD4+, CD4+ and CD8+ values were significantly increased,indicate that the change of T lymphocyte subsets and the number of the ratio may be one of mechanisms of Shenlingbaizhu powder treatment of spleen dampness type D-IBS; 3, Shenling Baizhu powder in treatment of irritable bowel syndrome(spleen wet Sheng) has reliable curative effect, no obvious toxic side effect, can be widely applied in clinical,; 4, Shenling Baizhu powder in treatment of spleen deficiency and dampness syndrome in patients with D- IBS, the clinical curative effect and improve the regulation of cellular immune function were better than those of bifido.
