Clinical Observation Of Shen Ling Atractylodes Powder With Qufeng Drug To Treat Diarrhea-predominant Irritable Bowel Syndrome Of Spleen Deficiency Type

Objective:To investigate the effect and safety of using Shen Ling Atractylodes Powder with Qufeng drug treatment of Diarrhea-predominant irritable bowel syndrome of Spleen Deficiency Type.Methods:The90patients with Diarrhea-predominant irritable bowel syndrome of Spleen Deficiency Type from hospital of Chengdu University of TCM were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,45patients in treating group, the treatment group was treated by Shen Ling Atractylodes Powder with Qufeng drug, the control group was treated by Shen Ling Atractylodes Powder. They are disabled during treatment with oher drugs, three-week course of treatment, before and after treatment were compared between two groups into improvement of clinical symptoms, to evaluate the efficacy and safety.Results:Treatment group total effictiveness is93.33%,Control group total effictiveness is84.44%. Treatment group total effictiveness surpasses the control group total effictiveness is not obviously (P>0.05). By statistical analysis of improve diarrhea, abdominal distension, inappetence, languor, with mucus stool, the treatment group was obviously superior to the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion:Shen Ling Atractylodes Powder with Qufeng drug treatment of patients with Diarrhea-predominant irritable bowel syndrome of Spleen Deficiency Type can significantly improve the major clinical symptoms and TCM syndrome, and there is no side effects, treatment is safe and effective.
