The Reserach Of Professor Liu Jianqiu’s Experience And Regularity Of Chinese Medicines For Treating Bronchiectasis

Objective: By collecting Professor Liu Jianqiu’s outpatient medical records for the treatment of bronchiectasis,the study used data mining technology to retrospectively analyze outpatient medical records,and summarize Professor Liu Jianqiu’s clinical experiences and medication rules in diagnosis and treatment of bronchiectasis,and provide reference for Chinese medicine clinical treatment of bronchiectasis.Methods: The first medical records of bronchiectasis treated by Professor Liu Jianqiu were collected in the outpatient department of respiratory diseases,The First Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of Chinese Medicine from June 2019 to September 2021.The name,gender,age,syndrome type and prescription information of 109 cases of bronchiectasis that met the inclusion criteria were input into WPS Excel for standardized processing,and the original database was established.By using the statistical function of the traditional Chinese medicine inheritance computer system(V3.0)and WPS Excel,the drugs in the original database were analyzed in frequency,association rule and cluster analysis.Results:1.Among the 109 cases included in this study,83 are female patients and26 are male patients.The average age is 56.05 years,the age stratification is mainly concentrated between 50-75 years.2.The syndrome types included in the medical records are phlegm heat obstructing lung,Qi and Yin deficiency,liver fire invading lung,lung spleen qi deficiency,and 69.72% of them are phlegm heat obstructing lung type and Qi and Yin deficiency type.3.Among the 109 prescriptions included in this study included 110 Chinese medicines,with a total frequency of 1733 times.Among them,the frequency of use≥30%,a total of 21 Chinese medicines.They are professor Liu Jianqiu’s common treatment of bronchiectasis drugs.4.The efficacy categories of traditional Chinese medicines are mainly relieving phlegm,cough and asthma,tonifying deficiency,clearing heat,relieving water and permeating moisture,calming nerves and relieving superficies,among which the frequency of relieving phlegm,cough and asthma is the highest,accounting for 26.43% of the total frequency.5.The four natures of Chinese medicines are mainly cold,warm and flat,the five flavors of Chinese medicines are mainly bitter,sweet and spicy,and the Chinese medicines are mainly enter into lung and spleen.6.The analysis of association rules of Chinese medicines obtain 45 drug use patterns and 49 association rules.7.Four Chinese medicines core combinations are obtained by cluster analysis: C1: Radix platycodon,Poria cocos,Honeysuckle,Glycyrrhiza,Radix Pseudostellariae,Tangerine peel;C2: Licorice,Platycodon grandiflorum,Colundum flower,Tangerine peel,Aster,Pinellia pinellia;C3:Bupleurum,Platycodon grandiflorum,Poria cocos,Glycyrrhiza,Coleophora flower,Jujube seed;C4: Jujube kernel,Poria cocos,Bupleurum,Turmeric,Licorice,Radix platycodon.Conclusion:1.Phlegm heat obstructing lung type and Qi and Yin deficiency type are the common witness types of bronchiectasis.2.Relieving phlegm,cough and asthma,tonifying deficiency and clearing heatare the main effects of used Chinese medicines for the treatment of bronchiectasis.3.Coldness,warmness,flat,bitterness,sweetness,spiciness,lung meridian and spleen meridian are the main natures,flavors and channel tropisms of Chinese medicines used by Professor Liu Jianqiu in treating bronchiectasis.4.In the clinical treatment of bronchiectasis,the treatment of relieving phlegm and cough runs through the disease,while the treatment of different syndrome types by tonifying deficiency,clearing heat,calming nerves and relieving superficies.
