Professor Liu Jianqiu's Experience For Treating AECOPD And The Regularity Of Traditional Chinese Medicine Research

Objective:Using statistical software to analyze formula used by Professor Liu Jianqiu in the treatment of AECOPD, explore the regularity of drug, summing up Professor Liu experience in the treatment of this disease.Methods:I use companying teacher visits in summing up Experience section, to explore and research this disease, in-depth understanding of teacher knowledge and experience in the treatment of AECOPD. I use retrospective study to analyses regularity of drug. Collecting formula Professor Liu used at treatment of AECOPD from November 2014 to April 2015, the First Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of Traditional Chinese, a total of 85 cases.85 formula are established the original database. I use software Microsoft Excel2003 from medication frequency, flavor and nature of medicines and meridian entry. Cluster analysis with SPSS 19.0 software for frequency greater than or equal to 20.Result:There are 11 kinds of Chinese medicine commonly being used. They are Pinellas ternate Bruit, bitter almond, loquat leaf, Fructose Trichosantakthis, radish seed, Perils Frutescent Seed, Cynanchum glaucescens, honeysuckle, Herba ephedrine, gingko, licorice. I analyze the Chinese medicine used by Professor Liu from the aspects of meridian entry, it can be seen that most of the ingredients entry into the lung meridian, stomach meridian, spleen meridian, intestine meridian, liver meridian and kidney meridian, from the analysis on four qi and five flavor, it can be seen that medicine is given priority to with warmth, cold is second, flat is third, bitterness is first in five flavor, pungent is second, sweetener is third. According to the practical application of the combination of clustering chart, a total of four clusters were formed. C1:purple perilla, bitter almond, Trichosanthes, licorice, Banxia, loquat leaf, radish seed, white, tangerine peel, Platycodon grandiflorum. C2:ephedra, ginkgo, psoralen. C3:eodeok, ophiopogon root, honeysuckle. C4:Semen Ziziphi spinosae, Poria, Radix Paeoniae Alba, Radix curcumae.Conclusion:1 AECOPDis considered long illness lung deficiency phlegm retention due to various causes leading to acute attack.2Professor Liu Jianqiu uses the releasing exterior and dispelling pathogen method, phlegm-resolving and dispelling stasis method, strengthening and consolidating body resistance method to treat AECOPD3Professor Liu Jianqiu commonly using drugs for the treatment of AECOPD is breitbitter almond, loquat, trichosanthes, radish seed, perilla, the former white, honeysuckle, honey ephedrine, ginkgo, and licorice.4Professor Liu Jianqiu treatment of AECOPD drugs is the main nature and flavor and meridian entry, warmth, cold, flat, bitterness, pungent, sweet, lung, stomach, spleen, large intestine, etc.5Liu Jianqiu professor in the treatment of AECOPD drugs mainly the functions of eliminating phlegm antitussive and ant asthmatic drugs, virtual medicine, antipyretic, solution medicine, digesting drugs and promoting blood to remove blood stasis, qi regulating drug table etc., qi regulating and promoting blood circulation to remove blood stasis were similar.6According to the clustering analysis, we can see that Professor Liu resolving phlegm and asthma drug law is "clearing drying warming regulating, diffusing descending convergence absorbing".
