Objective:The objection of the research is to observe and compare the difference of clinical effect on treating spastic paralysis of the upper limbs after stroke between treatment mainly in acupuncture of Zengyeroujin acupuncture and conventional acupuncture, explore the effectiveness of this method in treating spastic paralysis of the upper limbs after stroke, and provide a new method for clinical treatment. Methods:Randomly dividing 60 patients meeting the inclusion criteria equally into treatment group and control group through random number table method. The treatment group was treated with acupuncture of Zengyeroujin method, and the control group used the conventional acupuncture method.40 minutes at a time, once a day,6 consecutive days a week and 1 day off,4 weeks of treatment.Record the MAS,CSI,FMA and MBI score before and after treatment, compare and evaluate the clinical effect.Results:1.After treatment,MAS scores and CSI scores in both group were decreased(P<0.05),all the comparisons had extraordinarily significant statistical significance. The results showed that both methods can Reduce muscle tone and improve the degree of upper limb spasm. There was significant difference in MAS score and CSI scores between the two groups after treatment(P<0.05),The results showed that the treatment group was obviously more superior than control group in Reduce muscle tension and improve the degree of limb spasm.2.After treatment, the score of FMA and MBI in the treatment group was more increased than the control group(P<0.01),indicating that the treatment group was significantly better than the control group in improving upper limb motor function and the ability and quality of daily life of patients.3.After treatment, the total effective rate was 90% in the treatment group and 73.3% in the control group. The total effective rate of the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05),The clinical effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group.Conclusion:1.The treatment of upper limb spasmodic paralysis after stroke by Zengyeroujin acupuncture and the treatment of upper limb spasmodic paralysis after stroke by conventional acupuncture can improve the degree of spasm and improve the quality of life of patients.2.The treatment mainly in acupuncture of Zengyeroujin acupuncture is better than the conventional acupuncture in improving spasm degree and daily living ability of patients in spastic paralysis of upper limbs after stroke.3.In the exploration of small samples in this study,Zengyeroujin acupuncture shows that it has a certain effect on the clinical efficacy of treating upper limb spastic paralysis after stroke compared with the conventional acupuncture method.
