| Objective:In this study,a randomized comparative trial was conducted to compare the clinical efficacy of conventional acupuncture with that of "regulating mind" theory acupuncture in treating Chronic Fatigue Syndrome(CFS).To explore the mechanism and curative effect of "regulating the mind" therapy to treat CFS,Summarize the corresponding clinical experience and experience. In order to facilitate the promotion of acupuncture and moxibustion therapy of traditional Chinese medicine.Methods:80 patients(In the control group,1 case was removed and 3 cases fell off.In the treatment group,4 cases fell off.Therefore,72 valid cases were finally included.)who met the nano-discharge standard were selected as clinical research objects. They were randomly divided into control group and treatment group, with 36 patients in each group.Points in the control group:Sishencong,Qihai,Guanyuan,Zhongwan,Ganshu,Pishu,Shenshu,Sanyinjiao,Zusanli,Taixi,Hegu and Taichong on both sides;First, the patient is told to take the supine position first, and the doctor acupuncture Sishencong,Qihai,Guanyuan and Zhongwan, and bilateral Sanyinjiao,Zusanli,Taixi,Hegu and Taichong points.Wait until the supine position is finished, then ask the patient to take the prone position, and the doctor will acupuncture Ganshu(bilateral),Pishu(bilateral)and Shenshu(bilateral). The two postures are operated in the same way. After the acupuncture site is disinfected, acupuncture is performed at each acupoint by conventional methods, and acupuncture is kept for 30 minutes during each treatment. In the treatment group,on the basis of the control group’s acupoint selection, the acupoint selection method of "regulating the mind" was added, including Baihui,Shenting, and Neiguan and Shenmen acupoints for regulating the mind. After the newly added acupoints create the desired sensation, acupuncture was performed once every 10 minutes, and needles were kept for30 minutes in total.Other acupoints are the same as those in the control group. All patients were treated with acupuncture once a day,and they could rest for2 days after 5 days of continuous treatment, with 10 days as a course of treatment, with a total of 2 courses of treatment. In addition, all patients were scored with FAI,FS-14,PSQI and HAMA scales before and after treatment, which were used as the basis to evaluate the clinical efficacy of this method.Results:1.In terms of FAI scale score:The data of the two groups before treatment were comparable(P>0.05).After treatment,HAMA score showed that both groups of patients had a decrease(P<0.01),but the score effect of the treatment group was more obvious, with statistical significance(P<0.01).From the above data,it can be shown that both acupuncture methods can improve the clinical symptoms of CFS patients, and the patients treated with "refreshing" method are obviously better than the control group in FAI score.2.In terms of FS-14 scale score:The data of the two groups before treatment were comparable(P>0.05).After treatment,FS-14 score showed that both groups of patients had a decrease(P<0.01),but the score effect of the treatment group was more obvious, with statistical significance(P<0.01),indicating that both treatments could improve the clinical symptoms of CFS,and the patients treated with "refreshing" method were better than the control group in improving the symptoms of FS-14 form.3.In terms of PSQI scale scores: The data of the two groups before treatment were comparable(P>0.05).After treatment, the total score of PSQI and the scores of all dimensions of PSQI showed that both groups of patients had a decrease(P<0.01),but the score effect of the treatment group was more obvious, with statistical significance(P<0.01),indicating that the use of acupuncture can improve the sleep quality of the two groups of patients, and the improvement of the series of symptoms in the PSQI table of the patients in the treatment group using the "regulating mind" method is better than that in the control group.4.In terms of HAMA scale scores: The data of the two groups before treatment were comparable(P>0.05).After treatment,HAMA score showed that both groups of patients had a decrease(P<0.01),but the score effect of the treatment group was more obvious, with statistical significance(P<0.01),indicating that acupuncture could improve the anxiety symptoms of the two groups of patients, and the treatment group with "refreshing" method is better than that in the control group.5.Overall curative effect: The effective rate of the control group was38.89%,the total effective rate was 80.56%.In the treatment group, the effective rate was30.56%,The obvious efficiency is 66.67% and the total effective rate was 94.44%.The data of the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).After 4 weeks of treatment, the scores of the four tables in both groups decreased(P<0.01),and the score effect of the treatment group was lower than that of the control group, with statistical significance(P<0.01).It shows that the total clinical curative effect of "regulating the mind" therapy group is better than that of the control group.Conclusion:1.Acupuncture can effectively improve the fatigue state of both groups of CFS patients.Under this method,it can effectively relieve the sleep disorder and anxiety of the patients2.Acupuncture with the theory of "regulating the mind" has obvious effect on CFS.After treatment, the main symptoms of fatigue and accompanying symptoms of the patients have been effectively relieved, especially the sleep disorder and anxiety in the concurrent symptoms have been obviously improved. The clinical effect is obviously better than that of the conventional acupuncture group, which is worthy of further clinical study. |
